Yeah the Space Police III body is super sweet. Even moreso when you turn his torso around so the back is really the front (and the jet pack air tank covers the back so it's all good).

I would think it's a jetpack: firstly, because that one dude in the Space Truck Getaway is pretty much screwed if they've got no means of propulsion whatsoever (vehicular or otherwise), and secondly because an air tank can't be all that effective when your face is fully exposed with no breathing gear whatsoever. The air tank piece from Divers (anyone remember that theme?) is more obviously an air tank because it has tubes running to the front of the face.

I like the robot dog in Space Police; I even at one point made a robot cat at a similar scale. I've never gotten the K-9 bot set itself because I could never find it in stores until I was at college, and I didn't bring any System sets with me. =( Ah, well.
