Creators & Destroyers Of Light

I swear, it's like my roommates don't know how to turn off lights.

They never turn off the shower light.

They never turn off the sinks' light.

Since the beginning of school our toilet light would take a million flicks of the switch to turn on, so we kept the light on and put duct tape over the switch. I finally put in a work order and it got fixed yesterday, but they still don't turn it off.

Also, I'm seemingly the only one that turns off my/our bedroom light when no one is in it. My roommate won't when it's empty. My other roommates also don't turn off their light and I'm lucky if I get to turn off the living room/kitchen lights if I'm the last one out when going to dinner.

I'm not obsessed with "going green" teehee.png, but saving energy isn't a bad thing...

Now my roommates are saying it isn't fixed, yet I haven't had any problems with it turning on. They also, surprise, don't turn it off either, but that could be habit since we aren't use to doing such. (Even me.)

Right with you; I'm not a hardcore greenie, but seriously, you know how much lower bills could be if people did that with other cheap tricks?

Well I assume(d) it's something for the lightswitch and not the light itself.

However, in the dorm, I just put in a work order and some guy came by when two of us were asleep and two of us were in class, so nobody really knew what happened. I guess just check behind the switch and the connections.

Yup.

Separate rooms for the toilet and shower, and the sinks are right outside of it. That way all three can be used by different people at the same time
