Ok, I spent all yesterday cooking in a professional kitchen... It. Was. AWESOME! I overuse that way to much...Still I helped do a bunch of prep-work, my friend, a professional chef, and myself, chopped up 7 boxes of produce, sweet potatoes, peppers, leeks, ETC...

On another note... Actually, that's all I did yesterday.
