I was thinking you were referring to my campaign for a Great Spirit set. 'Cause that isn't a petition. That's a 'look at all this support Lego, can you do anything about it?' topic.

I refuse to conform to the way of petition. It never works. But generating hype for a potential set, and showing Lego said hype, might work.
