Both creatures having a territorial battle when you tried capturing and transporting the squid? Check.

Both creatures now continuing fight after squid escaped because of scorpion jumping onto helicopter? check.

Scorpion now on top of helicopter while fighting squid which is beneath helicopter? Check.

Magnesium Flare now lit and tossed into fuel? Check.

Swimming to opposite side of shaft? Check.

BOOM!
