I wonder if the cat does that by itself, or if somebody's holding it... In any case, my

cat would never be able to do that.

Fatso's (the cat) owner did control him kinda when he made him do that.

I'm not sure of the mechanics though.

The owner had his hands in the shirt, holding the cat's arms and making him play.
