Just sitting at my comp and listening to a Marilyn Manson song. And drinking Diet Coke. My short story is going great. I really like where it's headed, but I am a little edgy coz I don't want it to be inappropriate. It uses a varied vocabulary like Lovecraft's to describe scenes, so I have a slight fear it may be inappropriate somehow. It's gruesome, but not 'I just stepped into what must be Alien vs. Predator vs. Terminator vs. Rambo vs. Freddy vs. Jason' gruesome. I hope to be chilling, at least.

Hoorah for Howard Philips! Yeah, I originally planned to make Chronicles of Krahiki semi-Lovecraftian, but I just made it an adventure. The last chapter will include a couple minor references, though. MINOR. Like using "cyclopean" and "eldritch" once or twice.
