Quick 'n Dirty Reviews

Mata Nui:

My dad got me this as a surprise, so I was pretty happy that he thought of doing that. Usually I pick out the toys that I open on Xmas day.

I'm not going to say much about the set because everything I wanted to say has already been said by everyone else. He's okay, but not spectacular. Still, I'm glad I got a Legend.

Neo Shifters:

These things are a pain to build, but the result is very nice. They're better than the Halo Wars sets. I'll make a full review some time later.

Mars Mission MT-201 Ultra Drill Walker:

This thing is so deliciously awesome. The build is not composed of Technic beams w/ studs like most sets these days, and is completely free of gaps and is very smooth, with almost no studs exposed. The features are nice too. It's also great for parts, but I won't be taking it apart anytime soon. The alien ship is forgettable, but the alien commander is not an ugly jelly like his companions. Add all this to the fact that I got it for $40, and you'll see just how content I am.
