Well, I'm doing this now because tomorrow I'll be off to Falls, and won't be back till New Years Day, 2010, so I'll talk now.

This year was, as usual, a bit topsy-turvey. Ups and downs, all that. The biggest thing about this year is missed oppurtunities. Missed heaps of them with Golden Brown and have probably stuffed that up forever now. Though I still have some good vibes, which is strange. Other things have been the ability to do really well at school, not doing as much as I should have and this leading to terrible fights with parents.

But I've certainly grabbed onto more oppurtunities this year, on the social side. Generally I feel more included and happier than I have in a while, which is great. I in no way regret taking my time off BZP and shoving BIONICLE aside, it's certainly helped me immensely, though it means I've become so out of touch with all of you, who are really good to me and everyone you see on here. Generally.

While end of year results were good, there were many disappointments on an education level throughout the year, when I genuinely thought I should have got better, particularly for music. But that's been nullified by having a great time being in the band I'm in, creating music has been quite fun and a great social feeling around it. Becoming legal age has been interesting to say the least, and it's certainly made me more open...

There was of course the loss of my friend James back in July, which was the definite low for me this year. Biggest high? Probably a month ago when I had the house to myself. I really want to have that again sometime soon, so I should really start thinking of jobs and license getting for next year.

That'll do I think. Yeah, interesting year. Still, can't wait for 2010.

Maybe 2010 will be the year.
