This one. No matter the excuse, if you worked, Toys R Us is legally obligated to pay you for your services. Period. If they refuse, you are within your rights as an employee to take them to court.

It's not so much a "they won't pay me" as it is "Niki has no way to get the money". Direct depositing is not going to process until the end of February (and since i only worked until january, it won't count anyways), and I'm currently too far away to pick up my checks by hand (no car).
