This is crazy to believe, but for the first time I've actually got a member I've already used!!! That member is Makuta's Scout, who as you can see below is the 141st RBZPotW. Naturally, I won't do him again, but yeah, thought you should know. Anyway, got to get back in the game for 2010.

I'm really struggling for new and ingenius ways to use the word 'banner'.

I guess he won't want to know about this either.
He last visited on the 25th of December 2009, and his birthday is the 8th of February 1992. That's right, Christmas. Or more likely for him, Decemberweeve.
This cynic clearly doesn't want a banner, but I will give him one anyway.
