I watched the uncut Caprica pilot yesterday

1) Alessandra Torresani as Zoe Graystone looks really beautiful

2) The religious and cultural issues are very intriguing, especially Joseph Adama's ties to the underworld and the Soldiers of the One

3) The ancestors of William and Lee Adama are quite an interesting bunch.

4) I had to laugh when I first saw 11-year-old William. Bill Adama has always been referenced to as the "Old Man" in Battlestar Galactica, so this innocent little school boy really was a nice surprise .

5) The holoband reminds me of The Matrix

6) Can't wait till January 22, when the series finally airs.

All in all - it is great!
