The snow outside refuses to melt, so this is good. Sledded down a large hill with other people from our extended neighborhood. A transformer blew out, gave us a small power outage for a bit. The lights on the street blew out and didn't come back on, though, so we got back to our house in the dark. I was hot, but my dad got some frostbite.

Snow, however, continues to avalanche off of out roof. I keep thinking that the house is caving in for some reason.

Also, my grandfather fell and broke his arm going out to get the paper in these conditions. They put a cast on his arm, and told him that it'd heal in 6-8 weeks with the help of gravity. We live an hour away, easily the longest drive, and the weather-people have said not to go out at all. Ah well.
