Normally the DS charger has your regular AC plug, although I'm positive USB variations exist because I had one for my GBA SP. If that is what you have, then yes, it works on your PC, but only when it's powered on (I sometimes plug USB chargers into my Wii if I don't want to turn my PC on to use it).

Also get either Metroid Prime Hunters or BIONICLE Heroes.
