Eep! That's too bad. If you paid extra to make sure your art supplies in time, you should see if they'll give you a refund for it. I mean, you can't really control what the weather does but it seems like they'll usually try go get it to you on time even if the weather is less than desirable.

FedEx suggested I get a refund for my order, but I need the supplies. I contacted DickBlick.com about it though, so we'll see what happens. But what really gets me is, that UPS delivered on Friday after they couldn't Thursday and the USPS has been delivering mail all week long... They shouldn’t say my package is on a vehicle for delivery if they are backed up and unable to deliver it.
