Lots of new Other M updates. First off, it has an official release date: June 27(also my B-Day).

The "Remember me" dude has a name. "Anthony Higgins" I believe, not 100% sure of the first name cause they took it off of the website for some reason. I'm a little dissapointed with that name. I thought that he would have some epic last name, like Malcovich...but Higgins? (no offense to anyone named that, it just doesn't seem very Metroid-ish to me)

The control scheme (for 3rd person perspective) is suprisingly going to strongly resemble Super Metroid and the SNES. You turn the Wii-mote sideways to manuever, using the D-pad to move, 1 and 2 to jump and fire, and probably + and - to do things like select missiles and lay power bombs. You can also point the Wii Mote at the screen, and all of a sudden, you're in 1st person view, like the Prime series. Awesome. Major downside though is that you can't move around while in 1st person view. I sense that this is going to be a huge annoyance in boss fights and intense battles having to switch between 3rd and 1st person views...
