Here we are, once again, ready for another Final Four week. Two spots open in the Super Battle, and two spots more spots open in the "loser" category(notrly about the last part). Here's a look at the matchups for the 2010 Final Four.

Monday: #2 Mesonak(W) vs. #3 Tahu(E)

Both are first time Final Fourists. Tahu won his first ever Regional Championship by upsetting rival Brenmac for the 2nd straight year, and then defeating upstart Cash Chicago 3-1 to punch his ticket to the Final Four. Tahu is the first ever real Bionicle character to reach the Final Four. Mesonak meanwhile defeated arch rival Levacius, 3-2, in the Western Final to claim his first spot in the Final Four. Mesonak is slightly favored in this matchup, oddsmakers have installed him as a 1 point favorite.

Wednesday: #1 Assassin(E) vs. #2 Mr. Matoro(N)

This contestants in this year's Final Four have a combined 2 trips to the Final Four before 2010, and they both belong to Mr. Matoro. The Ko-Matoran reached his 3rd straight Final Four by barely edging #1 Tarakavarbiter in the North final. Mr. Matoro is also the 2008 Super Battle Champion. Assassin was installed as the #1 overall seed coming into this tournament, and he proved the point by knocking off both Sonu and Terpo on his way to the Final Four, but he won't find himself on the favorite side heading into Wednesday: Oddsmakers have Mr. Matoro, who has shown no sign of rust since disappearing earlier this year, as a 2 point favorite.
