Crush Bugs!
Bugs? Bugging? Being bugged?
I'd smack both angry nid and Ocrist with my Larry plush, but "..." is holding it hostage, so I guess both of you can get away with it this time...
Dot-dot-dot to you, too. Now I'm locked in a plastic bubble for being contagious! I'm cut off from the world!
...
Now, for the more boringer stuffs:
I'm trying to write a parody for Hawk Nelson's "The Show." My problem is, I haven't a clue where I'm going with it, so it makes zilch sense. But the original actually doesn't make much sense to me, either, so I guess we're even. The pressure is high, though: I'm up against the Apologetix and some other guy whose name I can't remember. And I doubt anyone's heard of him. It has something to do with "strange" or "weird." Nah, I doubt anyone knows who he is...
If anyone wants to suggest a song they really hate, and maybe give me the lyrics for it, I could see if I could play around with it. Chances are eight out of ten I'll completely kill the poor song and have to give up, but hey, why not?
Anyways, here's what I've got (warning! Lame!):
E-e-everyone I know, they're all head-shakin'
As though they're on a higher elevation
You'd think they'd all know about train stations
Hurry up and stop them or I'll be frustrated
O-oh no!
They've all lost their minds, woah-oh!
Someone, please tell 'em what I know
Just no!
Oh, why shouldn't I just go?
Oh-oh!
Someone, just tell 'em what I know
Original:
E-E-Everywhere I go, it's all been taken
Pick me up a book about new sensations
T-T-Take me to a place with no frustrations
Better back it up before I lose my patience
Here we go!
Let's take 'em to the show, wo-ho
Come on, turn on your radio
Let's go
let's take 'em to the show wo-ho
Turn up your radio
What? I never said it was good, did I?
