Vakama lifts a hammer above the Kanohi Vahi. The Makuta Teridax is watching. This could go many ways. Perhaps Vakama will smash the Vahi with the hammer, thus ending linear time in the Matoran Universe. Perhaps Makuta Teridax will stop Vakama and strike a deal to leave the Matoran alone for a full year on the island above. Or perhaps this is an alternate universe, one where time moves much slower.

 

One through which a familiar friend happened to be stopping by in.

 

Before either the Toa Metru of Fire or the Makuta of Metru Nui can react to anything a bright light appears above the Vahi as part of space and time opens up to allow an interdimensional voyager a chance to look in on what’s happening. Or perhaps a better choice of words would be, “fall in.” And that is exactly what this voyager is doing. He’s here to crash the party.
