IDK if I explained this project here. Basically, I'm compiling everything Bionicle into a single book. In the last week, I've gotten all of Maze of Shadows and Web of the Visorak entered and have made a fair dent in Challenge of the Hordika. Took a little sorting to figure out when each Mask of Light quest, comic, and BA8 thing happened. Things I particularly like about this part: - Vakama's turn to the dark side was a very gradual process, TBH. It makes a lot of sense the second time arou
Is a very cool and useful program. I'm getting the full version for Christmas so that I can hook my laptop into a TV and use a battlemap there. Unfortunately, it's taking forever to create everyone's characters (we have about 10 characters playing in one DND campaign ) so I can't use it for tonight's session. Still loving it though. Now if only I could design a Bionicle RPG for D20 Pro... Hm...
I don't mind the new forum layout. I don't mind the fact that it's shifting focus. No, I do mind the new attitude BZPers have towards Bionicle. For God's sake, lighten up people! Every topic I see that tries to hope for Bionicle's return is shot down by a half dozen people who a) don't ever want to see Bionicle live again or B) think that Lego won't ever bring it back. The latter are just pessimists, but the former... the former is one of the main reasons I've stopped reading topics here.
All I want for Christmas is Bionicle. Yeah… Hero Factory sucks… Ninjago’s a little young for me… all I want for Christmas is Bionicle. I recently helped my brother build his Axalara from two years back that he got frustrated with a quit. I think that is a prime example of Bionicle being superior to Hero Factory. (It also makes me happy to know that my little brother who never really got into Bionicle but loves Hero Factory thinks Bionicle sets looked cooler. Score one for Bionicle! ) Even igno
I feel that today is as good a day as any to post this on BZPower (already did it on other sites). For the past month and a half or so, I've been working on a personal project done completely by me. What I have been doing, and what I will be posting updates about in this blog, is a (questionably legal ) project to gather together all of the Bionicle story into one cohesive leatherbound (or legobound - still undecided) tome. Right now, I am in the process of getting everything into a single wor
My 4 year old Creative Zen has finally met its end. I remember back when I put one of my first songs on it, Face Me, back when that was new. For the those of you who have iPods you might find this hard to believe, but the Zen is durable. I have thrown it across sooooo many parking lots just to prove to people that the most it gets is a couple of scratches. However, like most electronics, water doesn't agree well with its stomach. So it met its end while keeping me entertained during a very rainy
...that if Greg keeps writing at the same pace he is now (roughly one new chapter every 2-3 weeks), The Yesterday Quest and The Powers That Be won't be finished until about this time next year?* And that's not even counting Sahmad's Tale.
I'm really not buying the whole "Greg is too busy thing". In 2007 he's update every serial with a chapter every 1-2 weeks in addition to writing the books, the comics, and his regular job at Lego and he still had time to write The Many Deaths of Toa Tuyet.
Jambo was awesome!!! I've already got a way to top this summer (a 50-miler and National Jamboree) next summer with another 50-miler, two canoe trips, and whitewater trip, roughly 6 weeks of Scout camp staff, and a possible trip to Philmont.
I might say more about that later but I'm making this blog post as a small notice to everyone sending me PMs: I will try to return your messages soon, but please give me a few days to get into the groove of things. I have a dozen things I want to do in add
That gravestone is epic. B)

I'm going to guess that this one's not going to start with: "The building was on fire and it wasn't my fault." At least it sounds like Bob might be more prominent in it. I'm also gonna guess that his old mentor (eh... the one before Ebenezar that he killed... name slips my mind...) might be in it. But yay! Harry finally understand how Bob feels... except from the sounds of it I think Harry will be too busy to r
With only two people in the competition, one having resigned recently, and my lack of time to keep this running, I'm going to have to cancel the Epics Competition. However, to thank you guys for participating, I'll still be reading and reviewing your stories as promised. Again, sorry about this.
I'm Metus James.
Why did the Great Beings make the Matoran and Toa speak a different language than us? This is Spherus Magna. We speak Spherus Magnan. If you want to live here, learn it. We're only going to get along unless you speak our language if I'm the next leader of the Agori. Maybe it's the businessman in me, but we'll save time before Bionicle ends in 2011. And it makes sense.
Does it to you?
Sorry. Had to do a parody. Plus, it fits.

I can't seem to keep my weight up. Over the course of last week I was able to get my weight near 140, which isn't average but would mean I'm no longer underweight. Then I began running 4 miles a day for Cross Country. And down goes the weight.
This week I have been eating fatly (if that's a word. Maybe "American-style" is more accurate )

I think this is the first animated movie in five years that didn't rely on fart jokes. (And, yes, that is a spoiler. That's a large milestone away from devolution in animated movies. )
I'm glad they didn't use the cliched children's movie ending of bad-guy-redeems-himself. I also loved the fact that they brought back The Claw!!!
I'm on vacation!
Yesterday when I arrived I ran four miles for cross country practice and then had a bacon cheeseburger but instead of regular hamburger buns they were soft pretzels. FRIENDLY'S IS AWESOME!
This morning I had an ice cream sundae for breakfast (Did I mention that Friendly's is awesome? ). We went to see a play this afternoon.
And then I come home to check in on BZP and BNG and I find this:
When I get back from my vacation, you guys are so dead!
I will be unable to log on much for the next week. If you wish to contact me, do so by PM on BZP. I will not be checking my e-mail or any other sites due to not having access to my own computer. I will be on occasionally, but not for very long.
BNG - If you know what I mean when I say Inner Circle, you are to manage the project. Try to keep us working please Hopefully, I'll return shortly.
