Don't. It's egomaniacs playing politician who are terrible politicians who think they're crafty trying to outwit each other who cry staff every time someone out-thinks them rather than godmodding in retaliation. There's a reason I've left three times. The guilds have finally been eliminated, which removes a huge part of that, but knowing the BZRPG, people will still find a way to be stupid.
