Hannah Montana is "1 in 1,000,000" in becoming a "hit pop sensation" (or something along those lines). If there are 6 billion people in the world and every 1 in a million is a "hit pop sensation" that means there are 6,000 hit pop senastions. I think "1 in 100,000,000" might be a little more accurate, though it's a mouthful, not good for a song. :P
