Well, Cap'n K made the CIRCLE graphic for the homepage and some of the individual pages' graphics. The others he made templates for that I edited to my need. I can ask him if he's still going to be doing graphics for the wiki and portal. He told me that he was going to make some more elaborate graphics a couple months ago, but that was before his leave, so I'm not sure if he's still going to.
