My favorite ones from Bionicle would have to be Mata Nui is a giant robot and is the Matoran Universe and Toa Tuyet being alive. I didn't believe the MN=MU theories at all until he was awakened. Then, it made sense to me why the storm had to continue in Karda Nui. Tuyet was totally unexpected to me.

I'm not sure if that's a plot twist, more like an awesome scene if you ask me. But I guess the face ripping was unexpected.

Anyway, another favorite plot twist of mine would have to be some events in the Metal Gear Solid games. There is so many of them that I don't know where to start, but if I had to choose one right now, it would have to be that Ocelot was secretly a triple agent.
