Do you have to have your graphics on a certain level for the portraits to be animated? Because all mine are static.

I never knew they weren't animated on other graphic levels. o_o

I have everything on ultra, I don't know which setting animates them.

Yeah, I guess mine is on the lowest level, my computer isn't manly enough..
