No bullets no explosives no crowbar. Just Gravity Gun.

The crazy factor is diminished slightly one you figure out tricks to avoiding massive fights. Like jumping off the first fast-zombie-ambush roof (bypassing the slow elevator), losing half your health from the fall, jumping over the fence, and dropping right onto the medkits you had the foresight to punt over there. Then one-hit-killing the fast zombies that come after you one at a time with a radiator. Or jumping down onto a jutting rock while you wait for Grigori's insanely slow cart, then once it reaches the rooftop jumping down to the ground and going up the stairs and through the building again then getting right in it.

Or something as simple as just bringing unused medkits with you.
