Thanksgiving Leftovers

I never did get around to posting this last Thanksgiving, so I figured I'd make it a MOCist's Corner exclusive. :) So...

The MOCist's Corner is proud to present:

Turkey-eye! (j/k! :P)

Ah! :o That's so neat!

Judging from the pieces you used, it must be only...hm, three inches tall? And yet it is definitely a turkey!

I'm impressed.

The tail feathers, especially, are clever. Although it's probably an old trick to you, it never occured to me the Bohrok eye pieces can go through the clip pieces. (What are those Toa hands called?) And the Bohrok hands make just perfect wings.

I should make that my personal photo.

edit by gifboy99: Yes, the bohrok-eye-in-the-hip-joint technique is relitively old for me. (That's what we MOCists call "Toa hands", by the way. Hip joints. :) And if you want to use the pic for your personal pic, go ahead! ^_^)

Cool, :) it's simple but ingenious.

a very clever usage of pieces especially the hard to use half-a-Bohrok torso-piece. Color scheme is perfect and the tail feathers are very well done. :) Kudos Gifboy, for such a great MOC!!

The only thing I would've done differently, is put the black (++) piece on the underside of the hip joint, and used a dark red (or whatever color that is, I didn't spend tons of time looking at it) (+o+) piece on the top, so as to not interrupt color flow.

But goodness, that's neat!
