I might at well just scrub my iPod memory if I were to do that because either way I'd have to retrieve all my other stuff again. Surely there's a way to access the stuff with iTunes, but I can't find it. :|

Might want to manually go into the files and delete it. I personally have never had this problem, so don't go taking MY word for it.
