Gladly.

1. Find templates, often nicknamed Exploitables, if you can. I dug around and found pre-cut images of Cera, Keanu and Leo, hence why they're the only ones fully edited in other than Cigar Guy, but he just didn't look right with just his head. Cigar Guy I had to cut out by hand, as I did with the president, Antoine, and Old Spice Guy, which is a much more arduous process, but with a high zoom and skilled mixing of small and larger erasers, is possible. The amount of time it takes though is why Exploitables exist - One moderately skilled person cuts them out, saves everyone else the work, more funny to pass around.

2. Paste the image you want to throw them into on one document.

3. Open another document. Keep it large so you have room to put all the stuff.

4. Throw the various characters and such onto the blank document. Scale them all appropriately by setting both to a 1:1 zoom.

5. Cut them out if need-be. Probably the longest step.

6. Put each individually on the clipboard.

7. Paste them individually, resizing if need-be. They should have a transparent background, so should go on seamlessly.

8. Wash, rinse, repeat.
