Wiipc

So like, I got a new HDTV (apparently only 720 HD, though :|), which happens to have a VGA port.

So you know what I did? Plugged my PC into it, duh.

Now I have my Wii and PC hooked up on the same desk, and can switch between them whenever I want. :D And of course the PC plays DVDs, so I guess that means it's a DVD player too.

But the best part? It has an open HDMI port. My geek dream of having an all-in-one Wii/PC/PS3 is one step closer to reality. Now I just need the PS3. :sly:

I wish i had something like that. =P

I'd need a better PC by far, though. =P And a wireless mouse and keyboard. ... Heck; I'd need a better TV. xP

I bought my 23" monitor based on the fact it has two HDMI ports and is 1080p.

Feels good having full HD Xbox with the same display as my computer.

Lawl, me too. I'm still using XP. But I love it's organization so much. <3

I love how my computer has an HDMI out, and my TV has an HDMI in.

HD COMPUTER SCREEN.

That is awesome. Though a standard VGA cable should be able to accomplish the same thing. Heck, using this monitor enables my computer to choose resolutions well beyond 1080 HD, but whenever you go above 768 pixels tall it blacks out and reverts. Ah well, 1080 x 720 is big enough for me.

Cholie: No, I mean aside from the Operating system. =P If you're gonna have it hooked to a TV, you'd want a good video card, a good processor, tons of RAM, and tons of HDD space. =P
