I haven't come across this guy before, so I don't really have a great idea of who he is. But the picture is quite suggestive, and has quite a lot of character.

First of all, I really like the slouched pose, complete with turned-in feet, dozy expression and dangly arms. Gives me quite a good impression what sort of fellow this guy is.

Nice job with doing the creases in the clothes, too. I'm thinking around the crotch area on the trousers might need a bit more, but everywhere else seems good.

I'm not sure of he's wearing socks or if you just left out detail on his feet, but I'm guessing he's wearing socks. Some shading or something on the toes could make that a bit more apparent.

But yeah, neat work.

I agree with Aho, the slouch and facial expression really capture his character. The awkward position of his legs is hysterically him, too.

Brickeens was right about the creases and folds in the clothing, though. You do an absolutely wonderful job there.
