Yeah more Other M stuff. Haha.

 

But really why did they go and deliberately hide the traitor guy's face during the boss fight? You could pretty easily tell who it was in the cut-scene RIGHT BEFORE.

 

But oh look at me nit-picking. I am actually having fun with this game. :P Looking at it as an action game, not an adventure game nor a turning point for the Metroid series (something that I seriously doubt it ever was or will be), it's good fun.

Well I hope I'm wrong, because otherwise this plot is pretty predictable. :P

 

MORE SPECULATIONS: that funny white creature is developing into the Ridley-like creature seen in the E3 trailer. Okay I'm kinda jumping the gun on that one but it seems likely to me.

Hah, knew it. It was kinda obvious judging by it's intermediate (adolescent?) form.

 

So does this mean that the Ridley in Super Metroid is an entirely different being from the one in Metroid/Zero Mission?

That guy's been revived and killed and exploded and shot and rebuilt so many times that I don't even know.
