I say either Clone Droids or Droid Clones. Or maybe Velociraptors.

Clones are more adaptable. They aren't connected to a central system and so won't be shut down if said system is destroyed by some kid in a yellow submarineplane. Clones have cooler armor. Certain mass-clonage is done via a sample of an awesome bounty hunter's DNA, and therefore those clones are infinitely cooler.

Clones all the way. B)

(though velociraptors would own either of them any day.)

I've never got how people can prefer clones. I get that they were technically more effective, but that's hardly a reason to like them more, as far as I'm concerned. They're basically just stormtroopers with different helmets, while droids range from standard, disposable Battle Droids to Droidekas to Hailfire Droids. That's infinitely more variety.

Plus, if you ignore how ineffective they are, even the standard ones have a really cool design.
