1. You're not alone, Garnira. I'm not a fan of plate builds in general, and three near-identical builds with the same color is enough to get me to pass.

Also, they remind me of Furbies and those cotton-ball things that used to be handed out at school fundraisers. If they want to get into that market, fine by me, but I would rather save my money for high-quality merchandise.

Speaking of similarities with other things...

MARCH FIRST?!! Are you fluff'in kidding me!? :(

It's been known since December 1st. There is no word on why LEGO chose such a late release date. Maybe they wanted to concentrate all their promotion efforts on The LEGO Movie?

I know. I'll be really upset if Canada doesn't get the new Hero Factory sets in January. Only US was said to be getting the new Hero Factory sets in March. The rest of the world gets them in January. Canada is part of the rest of the world.

I have a bad feeling about it... :shrugs:

Might be a combination of that and that they want to do more product testing before releasing the wave.

There is no more product testing to do at this point. First of all, that happens way earlier than two months before release and second, they are out in large parts of the rest of the world.

But wasn't product testing their excuse to why they didn't release thornraxx and breez a couple years back in the US until summer?

Well, that looks awesome! :) I am definitely going to watch Season Three next year. :) When I watched the trailer, I am shockingly surprised that the Overlord has survived his defeat from Lloyd and is behind the evil Nindroids' attack in Ninjago City. :o But I wonder why did he possibly survived his defeat from Lloyd. I mean, the Overlord looked like that he is completely destroyed by Lloyd. Hmm...

The reason the Overlord came into being in the first place is that in the world of Ninjago, light and darkness exist in equilibrium — thus, wherever there is light, there must also be darkness to balance it out. It's only natural that his defeat would not be permanent.

Yes! Loving this whole balance concept that was introduced in the Stone Army story arch!

  5. 11-17-13-ninjago-reboot.jpgWe've seen the next line of Ninjago sets, and now we've got a preview of the upcoming season of the Ninjago television show. You can watch the trailer here to see what the Ninjas have in store for them next year. Between the Nindroids and mechs and new weapons, it should be pretty exciting.View the full article

Ok. It's flat out guessing time.

I'm guessing that it's been a few years since we last saw the ninja and ninjago city has been modernized.

There is a genius programmer/engineer named cyrus borg who created borg industries; a tech company.

Unfortunately, I'm betting that the overlord slipped into their system a la Makuta and is controlling the robots internally, also Cyrus Borg and Sensei Wu will both, at some point be possessed by the overlord.

  6. For one, they do have advanced long ranged weapons, just not guns like we have. I think of this as a cultural thing, just because humans thought that a stick with a handle and a hole down the middle looks like a firing weapon, who's to say the matoran (or great beings for that matter) would? Different cultures develop differently, and have different tools and and differently shaped tools for the same effect.
