    Two words:

    Lego Skylanders.

    :I

I don't think Lego's making electronic baseplates... besides, you're supposed to be able to rebuild them into other thing supposedly, and that wouldn't work with a video game.

Yeah, it was just a joke. I have enough sense to realize Lego wouldn't do that. :P

  2. Wow, sprites look amazing. Although, it looks rather jumbled in the Venazord vs. Tuma+Alena+Kopaka panel. Oh, and "great" is misspelled as "grate" in the second panel of part 2. Otherwise, good job! This comic, I like it. Another! *smash*Edit: whoops, my intent was lost in my lack of proper wording. Fixed.

  3. I thought that this was the 2nd worst wave yet, set-wise, and the worst according to story.

The bad guys look horrible in my opinion, with their masks like they are. They also seem pretty jumbled together versus the last few waves. The heroes look okay if you don't mind the fact that it's Knight's Kingdom in HF form, but as heroes, they look lame, and their weapons are horrible. Breez's spinning blades on her staff? Really? (As a side note, these sets are somewhat useful for parts.)

As for the story, it's very disappointing. In the Breakout TV special, it lead me to believe that the plot would actually continue in the same direction, with an unknown enemy constructing Villiain Factory. Alas, this was not the case. "Brains" are made and take over animals who then transport themselves somehow to Makuhero City to fight with the heroes. A dragon comes out of nowhere, and Surge is taken over when he could have escaped. Very disappointing.

So no, I don't like Brain Attack.

I guess they are a little outdated.

That's mainly what I meant; they haven't aged very well. Honestly, Ghost did a pretty good job, but that is overshadowed by the bad stories. If they wanted to go over that much in each movie, they should have made them longer or done a better editing job.

So, you didn't like the storyline of BIONICLE?

If so... god help him. :P

    Yes indeed.

There's a difference between the Bionicle movies and other Bionicle media, the main thing being that the movies are condensed to a 1.5 (?) hour experience, whereas the books smooth out the plot. If you watch MoL by itself, it's a good movie, I think the best. Watch LoMN without knowing about the Metru Nui arc previously, and it is a bad experience. Besides us Bionicle nerds and kids, nobody would like. :S Don't get me wrong, I like Bionicle, but I prefer not to have blind devotion to it.

That aside, not surprised at all that the Ewoks got a big set, although the building will be somewhat repetive because of the trees. And where's the walker to smash? :'(

The trees are probably what'll make this an extremely UNrepetitive set. Unlike a multi-winged starfighter with wings more or less the same, trees can, and in fact, should, all be different. Inside the various trees that make up this set, I see a slide, a hiding place for Ewoks, storage for lightsabers, and a pop-out spiderweb. And that's just in the bases of them.

Notice how I said "somewhat repetive" (plus the misspelled word, lol). I'm not saying that the trees won't be unique, because they most certainly are...for being trees. It really doesn't matter if the build is exactly the same, it's still boring as the building goes along because all of the same building techniques are used. The slide is really the only major exception that stands out during the building process, as your other three examples are all on the surface, and make the play with the set unrepetitive.
