  1. Got any advice on this. I really like this girl but the only time I see her is whem she's going to 3rd and 8th period. I'm currently drawing this rose for her, but I don't know what to say to say to her sometimes.

okay, first, I am not good with girls, but I'd have to say go up to her when you can and say something like:"I've seen you around and I wanted to give you this". (hand picture to her and walk away) That gives her a mysterious feel about you and she might want to get to know you more because of that. Good luck!

Despite having had my license for five years I'm still terrified to drive. Like anywhere. I do it (since at this point I have to for work and such), but not without lots of anxiety. Any advice?

Do you drive on any busy roads? If you do than look on a map and see if there is another way you could take that maybe is on quite suburban roads. Also if you have any friends that are at the same job as you, you could try driving that person at the same time as you, because think, you'd have another pair of eyes in the car so you would always have someone else looking out for you. And the absolute worst thing you can do is think about it so something that might take your mind off that is if you were listening to music that might be something. But anyways try these and get back to me and tell me how they did, and if they didn't work than I'll try to think of something else.

I drive on the least busy road, which fortunately for me is also the most direct. And music, if anything, tends to distract me further which is why I avoid playing it while driving. At any rate I can't figure out how to work the radio and the car is too old to have a CD player so there's not much opportunity for music anyway. And carpooling isn't really much an option since a.) There's no one in my area to carpool with and b.) I can't just make someone tag along with me every time I go out driving.

I have been told that the best way to get over a fear of driving is to just do it. So maybe this will pass over time. I do appreciate your response, though. ^_^

I heard that too, also you could try thinking about what you are gonna do that day, that always helps me get my mind off things. No offence or anything, but sometimes on Bzp there is an add for anxiety.

  4. Wow, congratulations. Okay so whenever I feel stressed about something along the lines of a interview I just don't think about it until it comes and when it eventually does happen I just be myself and I don't pretend to be something that I'm not. Also something I've found out is if you prepare to much for something than you'll get stressed about if everything you've set out is good or not, so if it was a house interview than the only things I'd really do was, maybe clean up a little, and set out some appropriate snacks but that is it. So what I'm trying to say is don't get all stressed trying to make everything perfect, just be yourself and wing-it and you won't get stressed.- good luck, Nocturn701

  5. maybe you could. explain a little better what exactly isn't working. then i'd be able to help you

When I tried to create an account it said it would send me a confirmation code, so when I opened my e-mail I got a notice from them saying that I had to update something, along with no confirmation code. So I clicked update and it said I needed to create a Brickshelf account to update!

  6.

okay, look. this is really easy, and much less annoying to everyone else.

go to brickshelf. make an account. upload your pictures.

make a single blog post with the images in it, using the link button on the text editor to make text links to your photos.

alternately, you could just upload the photos to BZPower and post them all in the same entry.

    ^

step by step instructions of what to do

    Um, brickshelf didn't work.

  7. Think of it in terms of a youtube video, where the person is explaining how to cook a huge turkey dinner for Thanksgiving.

One the one hand, they can give you a concise, 10-30 minute long video that will explain everything for you and you'll be able to move on with your life afterwards. This is convenient for you as the viewer, and because they went to that extra trouble you go "maybe I'll watch some more of their videos later".

Now imagine that the person uploaded a separate video for every single step of that meal, for every single individual dish. What was one 30 minute long video now becomes a slog, as there are 30-40 different videos that are completely useless and entirely pointless unless viewed altogether. If these videos are all uploaded on the same day, it appears very unprofessional and clogs up the inbox of subscribers, who will then leave. But if they are posted over the course of several days, then the viewers are going to dislike them regardless because the instructions are incomplete.

Nobody has a problem with you posting instructions, but hopefully that analogy helps to describe why you should keep it to one well-though out, concise post. It doesn't matter if it's large.

Okay fine, but I still don't know how!

  8. Did they say their username?

No, but in the video it was sayin stuff like: Bzp was killing other websites and there was apparently a group called the kautu buntai that was a group of people taking down Bzp and from what I hear it's members were some bzp staff!

  9.

Do you really have to post each step as a separate blog entry? It's a little odd (and could get confusing if you post other instructions with their own steps 1, 2, and 3).

Sorry, I don't know how to put them all in the same one!

One easy way is to upload images to an external image host like Brickshelf or Flickr and link to them using code like this:

    Step 2

    Step 3

    Step 4

...And so on and so forth.

I am not a computer genius, but thanks all the same!
