Here on BZPower, blog space is reserved for premier members; that is: those that have paid a small sum of money to the site. This is primarily done to support the site and help it stay online, but buying premium membership does then give some small extra bonuses such as blog space.

Outside of BZP, you can get a free blog in places such as Blogspot or Wordpress. Personally I use my BZP blog for directly BZP-related stuff, and a Wordpress blog for other things.
