Toa Sialo's Achievements

Turaga

Turaga (7/293)

  1. Sialo was take back by the sudden change in weapons. He looked up into the face of the rahkshi and found himself at eye level. His mind was so far away that he almost lost his head. As he stumbled away from the monster, Sialo's mind raced a thousand miles. How could he get so big? And his flame slicer… was it possible that he was a toa? No, he thought. That’s ridiculous. Yet… The rahkshi lunged at him again, and he parried the staff away with ease. He could never had done that before. “Are you kidding me?” He muttered to himself. He stepped back and pointed his blade at the rahkshi. Only one way to find out. With all his will, his fired his weapon. A torrent of fire blasted out of the tip of the blade, missing the rahkshi by a few meters. Stunned by the power he had unleashed, Sialo almost dropped his sword. In seconds the rahkshi was on him. Slashing and parrying, Sialo tried to aim his power at the monster again and process that he had such power. He was a toa! But why? And how? The rahkshi managed to get I strike on Sialo's kanohi Huna, making him recoil into a wall. As the rahkshi made one last, desperate charge, Sialo aimed his sword and forced down his doubts and fired. The beast was engulfed in a torrent of flame, staggering it. It was still standing though, so Sialo willed the flame to be stronger. Hotter. His blade started to tremble as the flame began to melt the rahkshi’s body. It let out one last scream before its body melted to slag. As he snuffed out the flame, Sialo noticed that his blade was now cracked and dripping, half melted. He looked to the sky and noted a faint streak of amber light in the sky. How did this happen to me? Sialo wondered. ****************************** Sorry those that actually care about this. I plan on working on this more. Sorry.
  2. Crud I haven't thought of this in years. I need to get back on it.
  3. Chapter 2 Continued from Makings of a hero... Sialo smiled. Maybe it was just luck. The wall suddenly broke, revealing a green beast with a staff dripping with poison. Or maybe not, Sialo thought. The head of the monster darted around, looking for prey. Sialo pressed himself against the wall, motionless. He recognised the beast. It was Rahkshi, a son of the Makuta. He had heard of what they could do, and he hoped they were just rumours. The Rahkshi slowly stepped into the hut. Sialo silently moved to a shelf. On it was his weapon of choice, his trusty Flame Slicer. If things went bad... Well, at least he would die fighting. The Rahkshi bumped into the door, swing it. Intrigued, the Rahkshi pushed it open. When it swung back and hit the Rahkshi in the face, Sialo almost giggled. However, when the Rahkshi's face split open to reveal a slimy green slug like thing in its head, Sialo gagged instead. It was repulsive. The Rahkshi swung it's staff at the door, splintering it. Sialo watched as his carefully crafted door decayed in moments. But the Rahkshi had its sights on something else. The population of New Ta Koro. Seconds passed and nothing happened. Then, a matoran named Nurhi stumbled over a rock, sending him toppling backwards. That set the Rahkshi into motion. The beasts head split into multiple sections, revealing the screaming green slug like abomination inside it, then lunged at Nurhi. Nurhis head was cut off by the poison staff. Matoran and agori ran screaming in all directions. A foolhardy Glatorian tried to take on the Rahkshi, only to have its chest to be punctured by the venomous staff. Sialo couldn't bare to watch. This was the time to act. He climbed onto the top of his home, breaking a chunk of the roof of. Without hesitating, Sialo threw the rock at the Rahkshi. When the monster ignored it, Sialo yelled the the top of his lungs, "Hey, you krana face! Come on and fight me!" All the Rahkshi did was open its face again and scream. That was the opening he needed. Shoving any doubts aside, he lunged himself of the building with his flame slicer streaking down in a an arc of flames over his head. Then red light swallowed up Sialo and he felt power flow through his armor, and when it cleared, the Rahkshi showed a flicker of emotion. Confusion. Sialo didn't know why, but he knew there was something different. Then his sword collided with the Rahkshi's staff. Tejun Bonithia had been assisting Turaga Nokarma with integrating the ga Matoran with the water agori. she had been by her side during the multiple rahi attacks on ga koro (mostly due to the fact that Bonithia had been scared stiff by rahi in those days), been by her side in the rebuilding of Metru Nui, and was by her side when the Doom Viper attacked. Of course, she was not known by her real name until heading to Tejun. She was shy and paranoid that Makuta would find her and turn her into a servant of shadows. These days, however, she was carefree and easily excitable. She would often be fond pestering Turaga Nokarma. Though she would never believe it, Nokarma was fond of these pointless visits. Bonithia had just begun about her new discovery of a fish that could survive on dry land for years when it happened. "You see Turaga? The little tentacles are how they found water on Bara Magna! They have started to appear everywhere in Tejun! What do you think?" Bonithia sprouted in a matter of seconds. Nokarma smiled under her mask. It was good to see Bonithia come out of her shell. "I think... It needs a name. What will you call it?" Bonithias eyes widened. "Mata Nui! How could I be so thick? Well, I fond it in Tejun, so Tejun fish? Nah, too silly. Maybe Ga-Onu fish? Or-" "Doom Viper!" Screamed a shrill voice from outside the hut. Then the bubble hut was hit by a massive creature, snapping the anchor from the hut and breaking the carefully woven and mud caked side of the hut. On the other side was a hissing white head. "Stay still." Whispered Turaga Nokarma. Bonithia was paralysed, not thinking to disobey. This was a monster, a creature that's breath could kill in moments. Boom, dead. She felt old fears swelling up in her chest. The doom viper head turned away. Bonithia let out a sigh of relief. Then the tail hit the floor of the hut and it began to flood. "Out! Get out!" Yelled Nokarma is panic. "Hurry!" Bonithia was snapped out of her fear and slammed her body into the door, only to have more water rush in from the huge hole. "Deep breath!" Yelled Nokarma before she was covered in water. "Turaga! Turaga! Help! I can't move! Please!" Cried Bonithia. She was panicking without the Turaga to guide her. "Some one! Any one!" Water rushed over her head and into her lungs. She desperately tried to swim upwards, only to meet the ceiling. She screamed out the last of her air in despair. Then, as she felt herself fading, a brilliant blue light filled the room. Air filled her lungs again, and strength surged through her. The hut seemed to shrink, and her vision cleared. The light disappeared, but Bonithia could see clear as day. She swam out of the hut, finding that she could breath even down this deep. When she surfaced, the Matoran and agori squealed and shouted. "The Toa are here!" She heard one say. She look around hopefully, but saw only Matoran and Agori staring at her. Then it hit her like a kohli ball She was the Toa.
  4. :flagaus:Surprise! Makuta lives (sort of anyway, its a reboot). <_<Sorry, I'm an idiot.
  5. Thanks! It feels good to hear that.
  6. What if you used the Vahi to speed up time so much that the effects where reversed?
  7. So, yeah, this is the review page for my new story. Any feedback is good feedback, so speak you mind!
  8. So, some of you must have read Makings of a Hero. If not, go do it, it's a good story. Anyway, this is the continuation of that and how the Toa Nui battled for Spherus Magna. Enjoy! To go to the review page, click here (I can't make a link on my iPad, so hang in there). http://www.bzpower.com/board/topic/13379-topic-review-legend-of-the-toa-nui/ New Ta Koro The new Ta-koro was half finished. It had been a month since Makuta had been killed, and no one had grieved the former master of shadows. Almost the entire robot had been evacuated, with a few stubborn archives moles hiding in difficult places and some rahi here and there. Life was peaceful. However, no one had seen the Toa Nuva for some time now. The agori didn't worry to much. They were used to having people disapear form time to time. However, the Matoran, we're panicking. Their heroes, that have battled the darkness day in, day out, were missing in this new world. They didn't know who to turn to. So, to take their minds of the fear they felt, they built the koro. Some objected to the name "Ta-Koro" as they remembered it was the same name used on the island of Mata Nui. Others didn't care.they needed something to think about other then the fact that the toa may never return. One Matoran, however, had no such fear. His name was Sialo, and he had grown used to heroes appearing at the last second. That was how it had been at Marhi Nui. You had to fight the small fights and leave the final blow to the toa. Like how he fought the squid in the air weed fields. Then, the toa came, stopped the Barraki, and he stopped needing to fight. He didn't stop training though, because he feared the day he would be out matched. He didn't waste time with panicking. He found it got in the way of having fun. It was a rare sight to see Sialo without a grin or a smile on his mask. Today was one of those days. Tejun The newly re-flooded Tejun was a paradise for all water dwellers. Agori, Matoran and various aquatic rahi alike. The bubble like huts had been rebuilt and bobbed on the surface, anchored down by a new form of seaweed, while protodrakes, dermis turtles and other intriguing beasts swam happily in the calm waters. But other rahi had fled to Tajun. And all of the beasts six heads hissed in anticipation of the hunt. Sand Pillars To the east of the new continent, a city had been carved out of giant sand stone pillars in a scorching desert. The po matoran that lived there had used their increadable carving skills to make a giant cave community. In amongst the matoran were a few Zesk, though they still didn't fully trust these rock changers. Yet they tolerated the Matoran. They gave the Zesk food and shelter while they taught the Matoran to survive in the harsh deserts. One matoran, however, decided to teach the Zesk how to speak and read the matoran language. Rhowapu was always thinking of ways to learn with great easy. He kind, but lacked patience. "Ok, let's try this again. I, AM, RHOWAPU. YOU, ARE? " Rhawapu said slowly. This Zesk was struggling. But at least it was enthusiastic. "You, is, Rhawapa. Me, is Veltoriax." The Zesk tried a winning smile. Didn't work. Rhowapu sighed and put his hands to his mask. Why, he thought, did they have to become so primal? The secrets he could get out of them! If only. Rhowapu lifted his head. "One last time. Then we call it a day." He knew Veltoriax would be back. He was eager to learn this strange language. "Fine. Fine with Veltoriax." He hastily said. Not much scares a Vorox. They would rather fight then run. But if they see a maddened outcast once alpha, they know to stay out of the way. They've seen what happened to those that were stubborn. And a Vorox corpse is a good sign to run. Gelu glacier A blizzard raged. It always snowed here. It made building a village extremely hard. All that the ko matoran and agori had achieved was a large wall, a six and a half story ice tower, thirteen hut-houses and one fully equipped armoury. And that had been while working into the night. This had been an annoyance to many ko matoran. the agori were just tired. The matoran, however, had stargazing to do. How else would they predict what was to come? The agori didn't care for that. They just wanted a roof over their heads. Dethunak was the bridge of the two. He was tried and wanted a good place to sleep, but wanted a solid grasp on the future. He didn't want a rerun of Voya Nui. First losing his best friend, Sialo, then the Piraka coming and enslaving the whole island. He hated not knowing. He looked to the sky, barely seeing the it, and decided to take a break. He headed for the wall, the only protection from the raging winds, and sat down. By the great Beings, this way boring. Unknown to him, the Zyglak would soon fix that. Bo Le koro - west of Tesara Bratunac sat in his new tree hut/nest home of his. It had been easy to build the koro with Saryuk, the toa of plant life, and the tree born koro had been finished within a few weeks. This will soon be a metru-city! Thought Bratunac happily. He started to sing a song he had been working on for some time. "Hand me a home with all the sky-trees With lots of vines please, A Kane-Ra or few and a baraks-pet too Ever-more trees around the back, Great sight-view at the door And an old slashing axe!" The song ended, and Brutanac smiled. It was a good song. He had made it, after all. No one sung in the southern islands. It was a new hobby here. Suddenly, a group of four legged spiders rose from the surrounding trees. Bratunac sighed and headed towards the old axe he had in his song. This was just like the old days. Teronu The onu Matoran had made good progress with their new archives city just north of New Altro. Turaga Whenua had been convinced that rahi feared the stasis tubes and instead would put them in pens instead. this had made it easer to build the archives, but feeding and taming the rahi was a small problem. Norev was they new head of rahi control in the archives. He had managed to retain his memory's as he hid in a stasis tube to trick the Vahki. It had seemed funny at the time. When he escaped, he was horrified that the exhibits had escaped as well. Worse, visorak spiders had taken the city. He knew the dangers that the horde was, so he hid in the archives, honing his non existent skills with a disk launcher. He became so good he considered joining the onu-Metru aklin team when the Matoran returned. He was enraged to learn that the Matoran had forgotten about aklin and now played a sport called kohli. 1000 years down the drain in his eyes. He now was happy to get back to what he loved. Learning. A yell came from the east wing. "We've got a loose burrower! We got a loose burrower!" Norev groaned. A blade burrower was a dangerous rahi to deal with. And he had to wrestle with the beast. He grabbed shock staff and looked to his team. "Come on team! This rahi isn't going to stop itself!" He set off to the east wing with staffs high and courage low. Anogence stared out into the paradise he had dreamed about for many millennium. He had hoped that his brothers and sisters would return when Spherus Magna reformed, but it appeared that the Toa were the only ones that could achieve that. And now, they were in grave danger. The Marander was loose, hunting down toa across the planet. He had learnt that it had already claimed the lives of three toa, and was growing in power. He looked to the sky. The stars twinkled as the always had the red star blazing with them. If only their was a way to stop it and return the other great beings. A jolt went through Anogence. There was a way. He had made it himself in one of these many millennium. A fail safe for a fail safe. His siblings would have disapproved had they know. He had created six Matoran and planted them ing the Mata Nui robot. All he had to do was activate the Nui Suva and transform them into heroes. He looked to the north. It would not take long to get there. He set of immediately, with hope returning to his mind for the first time since Mata Nui was created.
