It would be interesting to have a Toa of light and maybe a Toa of darkness. I know a "dark" Toa sounds odd, but if they gave this character a lone wolf personality with a shady past, it could definitely work. Either way the Toa of light, whoever it may be, has a high probability of making an appearance.

My favorite set hands down was the original republic gunship 7163. Best Christmas gift ever.

I don't care what anyone says, but I have a feeling that Takanuva might make a comeback. I was at the NYCC Bionicle panel too, and I heard what they said, but if that were all true, then why are we getting hints of the Vahi returning? We'll all have to wait and see....

Onua has to be one of my favorites! My reason for this being that his build just makes him look much wider and stronger than the rest. While I do get what your saying and understand why you would say it, I would have to disagree. But hey thats your opinion and thats cool. I feel like it's kinda a part of his appeal. It emphasizes the large hulking look for me, but I can see why some would see it as too much. For me it works though. I get that, but he should be a little bit taller. I kinda feel bad for him haha. Umm idk man, Onua and Pohatu are still tied for shortest in the group just like the original Toa Mata. So Onua is starting to grow on me haha. He has the stature of a gorilla so that makes him cool in my book. Onua was always supposed to be the brawler of the Toa so I guess it makes sense!

I left the NYCC Bionicle panel with very low expectations, even felt slightly crushed. Now I can't get over how impressive the new Toa are, and how well they have "evolved". I'm confident that we will be receiving better enemies, along with a better story for this new series.

Me too! But I wish there was more bad guy sets in this Winter wave than just LoSS.Hopefully the Summer wave is mostly villains. (cough cough) I completely agree! They need more of a threat than the skull spiders and the LoSS. I personally feel that the rahkshi were great adversaries so maybe an evolution of those villains would do the trick.

Definitely got the Spartan vibe with Kopaka. I think that your theory definitely holds ground.

Was anyone else as blown away by how awesome this whole reboot has turned out??? I went into this wanting to hate the 2015 sets, but I can't help but absolutely love them. Ugh inner 11 year old is having a fanboy moment haha
