    My Future... :p

Whoa. Still, I've got plenty of time to go through my options, seeing as I'm only a Freshman in High School! Anyways, even if I do go along that path, it'll be a good 8 years at least until anything along the lines of that happens. ~Kohilå
  2. Amazing and warm day today! In other news, I had a career talk with my dad today. My main choice is to go into something either music-related or archæology-related (go figure ) Anyways, we were able to draw out the plan for a musical path; Finish up high school, go to Berklee College of Music in Massachusetts, then try to apply for a job at Rise Records in Oregon. If all goes well, I'll be able to sight-see the nation! The only thing that's weird is that I would then live close to BZPower user and friend Toa_Ausar... ~Kohilå
  3. Toa_Ausar: In terms of your question, I'll probably create a new Blog Thread, requesting BZP'ers to choose their "Top 2" Favorites. My MOC is already finished; I'll either edit this comment with the Topic Link & Entry Photo later or post a new comment if someone comes around and comments after this. EDIT: Finished! BZPower Topic Entry Picture ~Kohilå
  4. It'd be easier to post the PM I received from Toa_Ausar here. ~Kohilå
  5. Legs corrected. Anyway, you don't have to build a Toa Mōsi Kohilå if you don't want to. ~Kohilå
  6. I've added an extra five days to the deadline to let any other enties in. ~Kohilå
  7. Or you could say "which" and "witch". I knew that Kemet and Hieroglyphs are the same. Oh, and I just read a story about a particular Egyptian deity named Osiris... Ring a bell? ~Kohila
  8. I probably wouldn't, because we already know that GregF doesn't remember and he probably wants to keep the Visorak extinct, too. :wakeup2: ~Kohilå
  9. If you want my honest opinion, I think we should just drop the idea of a Kagarahk sending the remaining Makuta into the Zone of Darkness and use The Dark Portal Cannon as created by Benevolent Ballom. ~Kohilå
  10. Could you tell me how I made the legs different? ~Kohilå
  11. Well, folks, after much hard work and toil, I have successfully re-created two original MOCs by BZP'er Toa_Ausar! (Click pictures for the galleries!) First up, we have me as a Kur-Matoran. I like the way the MOC itself turned out, but the pics aren't the best quality. Plus, I also needed one more chain to add to him. Next up, we have Toa Neţeru Åusår himself. It feels good to have the only other immortalization besides the one he has. I like the way that the marbling turned out, too. Last up, we have an extra; My own MOC of Toa Mōsi Kohilå! I took better pictures of him, since I didn't have any up of him with his fixed legs. That about wraps it up! I decided to leave A Little Treat, too... ~Kohilå
  12. BELIEVE ME, I listen to Atack Attack! :P

They came from just about an hour away from me (Columbus)

I got to see them the day they announced their signing to Rise Records.

But I don't like 'em much anymore since they kicked Austin out... :/

  13. That would probably get on my nerves after a while. Anyways, I think I'm beginning to understand some key things here. Take, for example, the Kemet word "maå". There are two different dictionary entries for it; one way means 'the name of a star', while the other means 'a metal object'. For any person who is accustomed to the English language, we would think, how does that make sense? Well, it all depends on the way that the heiroglyphs are written. They are written so that a person would read it as "maå", but they could denotate the meaning of it by the different glyphs that make up the word. It's a very difficult language for me to grasp, but I'm getting there... ~Kohila
  14. Oh. Well, at least I'm gettin' there. Can't expect me to be fluent in it after not even having the transliteration for a mere 6 hours. Still, I'm going to press on and learn it. ~Kohila
  15. Oh... Well, on another unrealted note, I discovered the meaning of "Maā-ti Ur". Maā-ti means "The two goddesses of truth; Isis and Nephthys.", while Ur means "Large house, mansion, palace." I'm hoping that these two together mean "House of Isis (Åuset) and Nephthys (Nebt-Het)." I hope this is correct... ~Kohilå
  16. Toa_Ausar: I think I remember Greg saying that there were 3 Level 3 Readers planned for this year...? Also, there's a Movie Novelization planned, too. ~Kohilå
  17. Well, actually, the cover for Volume I is a lighter blue, not the brighter blue that is a possible Tarakava coloring. ~Kohila
  18. Toa_Ausar: Indeed, Rough Diamonds and Rough Rubies make a tempting arguement in a bid. Oh, on an unrelated note did you happen to include the BIONICLE Comics within your "Multimedia" section of your 2009 Collection Progress? As far as I know, I counted the three novels, the three young readers, and, of course, the movie. ~Kohila
  19. BioGaia: The one that I got (Volume I) is about an inch-and-a-half thick, while I do not know the size of Volume II. I could PM you the Borders links, if you'd like. ~Kohila
  20. Well, it begins. I walked in the door from school today and was handed a package by my dad. I looked at it and read,"Borders" out loud. I frantically tore at the paper-thin cardboard, eager for the treasure that I knew would be waiting within. With glee, I ran upstairs and began to divulge in the mysteries that shroud the anceint Egyptian language of Kemet. Then, I stopped. I decided to thank a few people before I embark on this lifetime journey. First, I'd like to thank my father for instilling the want for historical knowledge into my life. If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't be as far as I am now. Second, I'd like to thank Toa_Ausar for many things. First, I thank him for inspiring the Egyptian history and language into me. Next, I want to thank him for referencing the books by E.A. Wallis Budge to me. Last, I thank him for all of the support he has provided. Last, I would like to thank my history teacher, Mr. Lundquist. He has inspired and supported my wanting to learn Kemet. That finishes that up. You know why this is a big deal for me? Because I am beginning a journey that could take a lot of my life to finish. I'm willing to do so, for the sake of a possible future career, as well as something to have that close to no one else has. And so, I continue reading... It may be taken for granted that, from the time when Åkerblad, Young and... ~Kohila
  21. That was supposed to be typing. Anyways, I corrected it. ~Kohila

    Berix...

I would've included Krekka, but he's not nessecarily evil. He is like Tarix; works for whoever pays him. Oh, and I guess Brutaka used to be somewhat evil, but he has converted now; into a pulsating mass of an Antidermis-addict! ~Kohilå
  23. I vote "AYE" to both Article 37 & Article 38. ~Kohilå
  24. Alright, a few things I'd like to announce: First off, I just got back from Wal*Mart not too long ago. While I was there, I bought Skrall, Tarduk and I finally got ColorPlace #2005 Fire Red and #20008 Gloss Black, so now I can paint the Kanohi for Toa Neţeru Åusår, Matoran Zåhåku, and Matoran Kohilå, which is very good. Second, "Spirit Fable" is going smoothly. Inspiration is coming at me left and right, and my wrists hurt from typing. If you want any further assurance that this will be a good Epic, I'm in the process of finishing Chapter Two. Meaning, I've put a lot of writing into the previous two (Prologue included). Third, Tarduk has a flat face! ~Kohila

    Berix...

Well, there's Bru- wait. Oh! Takad- wait. Uhm... Vam- shoot. Well, Tarix is good (For all we know... ). ~Kohila
