Well. I always enjoy making people happy, and fitting in.

    So I'll offer this Link

    And these Link

Oh, and I guess these. Link

I hope to enjoy everyone's company this BrickFair.

I'm looking for a place to get the shirts made in the meanwhile. So please forgive me if they cost a bit more than before.

Also a roommate for the week would be nice.

Now I know what you're thinking. Why am I talking about next years BrickFair? Well I felt inspired by all the wonderful exhibits and excellent diorama like settings. I'm hoping to create my own for next year! I'd love to make an exhibit that visitors and other BZPers would enjoy!

I need your help though! here's my two ideas so far.

Dinosaur theme park setting (aka Jurassic Park). With fencing between exhibits, visitor areas, and much more!

Or recreation of a Dino Attack scene. Using the sets and custom built destroyed city buildings to resemble the dramatic apocalyptic time of 2010!

Please let me know what you think, and ask others what they think of these ideas as well.

    Thanks for reading.

I sure am! I'm so excited! I'm getting Legendary edition and all the fancy armor at GameStop.

But due to my busy schedule this week. I'm not sure I'll get to play it much.

I won't be able to play this weekend either, because I'm going to my Scout camp for my Vigil honor ordeal.

I don't want to hear or see any spoilers. So if I'm on Live, I won't be joining any gamer parties until I'm done with campaign.

Anyway. I hope you're excited as I am, and that you enjoy Halo Reach!

    Oh yeah! Reach Figures!

Worst Brickmaster issue ever. All it consisted of was pages of instructions on how to build random models like ships and cars. Plus it had a really weird combiner for Hero Factory. Not appealing to the eye. Oh yeah, and some building contests and an article about New York.

It didn't even have the Hero Factory comic! Nothing!

Luckily I found a normal edition of LEGO magazine at my local toy store for free! It had everything, and was way better than the current Brickmaster. Much better.

What a load of Rubbish.

Just got back today. If you don't know, a Klondike Derby is when different Boy Scout troops come together and compete to see who has the greatest skills.

I was a staff member again this year. A Field Marshal actually. And did other objectives to help the competition run smoothly.

A patrol in my troop won first prize this year. Which is great! My troop also won the Troop Challenge.

But it was freezing on Grandfather Mountain, and snowy, and windy!

I realized something in the last few days. Something people have been saying for a while, but I was never able to understand until now. So I'm sorry if this is old news and you're not interested in reading.

Alright. When Bionicle was said to be canceled and the new line was to be released. Like a die hard Bionicle fan. I hated all the aspects, ideas and the sets that were replacing my favorite toy line. I was hurt and did not want anything to change. I know now it was wrong to bring hatred in my arguments against Hero Factory, even though it was mostly when it was first introduced.

Lets start with a conversation I had. I talked with the owner of a small toys tore in my home town. they had many non-commercial brands, but they did have LEGO, and they had a lot of Bionicle. Anyway I asked him about Bionicle stuff due to there being no canister sets left. He said that Bionicle had been canceled, but noted that it had been around for ten years and had a great run. That made me realize that yeah. Bionicle did have a great run! Not many series can show that they were great enough to last nine to ten years. Bionicle had a great beginning, and even if we didn't want it and they way it was. It had to end.

My next subject is limitations and story. As we all learned. Bionicle grew from a little island in the middle of nowhere. To a whole universe of creatures and beings inside one giant robot. Even more than that, there was even more "planets" and perhaps a whole universe full of characters. During the story of Bionicle we were introduced to may I say hundreds of characters. Some were only there to take up space, and others we got to see grow and mature over time. The prime example is Tahu. What I'm getting at, is that even though the story was great. It grew to an imense size that many have a hard time understanding and some don't enjoy anymore. Lots of things were explained to deeply and it drove many fans away. Lets call it the "Star Wars Effect".

Anyway. I understand why LEGO decided to part with the Bionicle line. There were storyline limitations that they couldn't stress any longer, and so many ideas and imaginative ways can be done. So Bionicle was ended, but of course not in the way we wanted.

Hero Factory is a clean slate. Right now. Any storyline and plot twist or character introduction is possible. Again like Star Wars. Hero Factory takes place in a whole universe. Which means that many ideas are in the making. Lets hope we have some great minds behind this story, and see if it can develop. It may seem silly now, but perhaps the story may become more than just a fake police service hot line.

The sets are okay. I'm more interested in the villains than the actual heroes. In my earlier arguments I would say that there was no imagination in these sets, and they borrowed too heavily from Bionicle parts. But when Bionicle started they too borrowed parts from older LEGO Technic lines. So perhaps if the first year of Hero Factory goes well. Perhaps they'll come up with even better parts.

I feel really, Really, REALLY dumb for not realizing the ending points some things need, and the potential for new beginnings. I was once a hurt die hard Bionicle fan who wouldn't dream of buying anything or even caring for anything other than it. Now I am an optimistic LEGO fan who will love Bionicle forever, but will also come to love change and new stories to enjoy, and new characters to see grow and develop.

I'll try Hero Factory. See if it's worth the hype and if it has a fun story. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks for reading, and lets have high hopes for Hero Factory. Bionicle's young brethren.

Time to explain for my last entry. Well an era long ago called the 90s, I was a huge fan of Power Rangers. I loved the Zord battles and also the epic monster explosions when they were defeated. I don't have much left from my Power Ranger phase, but when I found out they were releasing redesigned and more accurate versions of the original Megazords. I saw this as a opportunity to not only finally get the action figures that I always wanted, but to reminisce and remember the parts of my childhood I enjoyed the most.

Also they're really cheap for some reason, so no complaints here. All we need now is the Dragonzord, and I'll be satisfied.

So sorry for the random entry, and I'm thankful that The Power Has Returned.

Oh yeah, might talk about the Halo stuff soon too.....

I bought the movie, I watched the movie, and I'm formulating a opinion.

So I don't know how much I can say, so I'll say this.

    It was alright/good/satisfying.

Maybe later I can make a better review with more details, so I'll leave it at that.

Yup. I found the rest of the Bionicle Stars when I looked again at my ToysRus. I'm dead serious.

I finished building them a few minutes ago, and all I have to say is....... They're okay.

I didn't know that the whole Rahkshi spine would be made of rubber, and that Tahu's mask doesn't even cover his whole head.

Again, I live in North Carolina. So keep a look out.

Yes, today marks the 19th anniversary of my birth.

Went to see Avatar in 3D! It was pretty good.

I also got a video camera a a gift from my family, so I'll be a camera man for BrickFair!

Also. I can't determine whether having a birthday two days before Christmas is a good thing or bad thing.

    BZP T-shirt’s
Hello everyone. Tahu Returns won the poll! Congrats to the artist!
Due to a tight schedule, the colors have been decided on. We apologize for the inconvenience.
While we’re taking orders on other social media platforms, if you’re going to BrickFair 2022, please place your order here.
The price for this years shirt is $12. Please only place an order if you’re going to BrickFair in person.

You'll have about a week to put your orders in. We hope you enjoy the new BZP shirts!

Yes. I got a shining Raikou today at Gamestop. I was dumb enough to not figure out that you had to pre-order Pokemon Black or White to get the shining dogs. Whatever. I was going to get the game eventually anyway.

You need all three shining doggies to unlock a certain Pokemon in White & Black. So I guess it's worth a $5 payment.

Maybe I can hold on to it just in case Nikira needs it.
  13. Brappy Hour
Yes! The shirts finally came, and I worked on screen printing all day. I got paint all over my hands and arms. (I feel like Nukaya. )

There's a problem though. Since these shirts are hand made, there are a few mistakes on a lot of the shirts, mostly the mediums. Some are minor and some I fear are bad. I feel a bit embarrassed actually. Seeing how all the shirts are all different, and none the same. I fear that no one will enjoy or purchase them.

Speaking of money. I got the bill today too. Holy Moly!

Yeah, just trying a new look for my blog, instead of just having random items everywhere. So it's all organized and whatnot. I'll add more stuff later of course.

If there's any USEFUL advice you'd like to give, please feel free to comment.

    Thanks again Nukaya Cloud Fire.

The Indian name I was bestowed with. "Silent Helper".

It's such an honor. I'm so grateful that I was recognized by my fellow brothers.

I hope to continue my service to my lodge next year. When I'm in charge of Quest Events at my Dixie Fellowship.

Just recently, I finished re-training my dream team in Pokemon White. After a lot of consideration I had to take Aggron out and replace him with Volcarona, which is a better fire type than I could ask for.

After training my primary team. I got to thinking about the different types and favored ones I was unable to have in my dream team. So with a little excitement I decided to make a second dream team! It was a lot of fun choosing which types and past favs I could put together in a team, and as of now I'm training them and testing how well they are in battle. They're getting some help from the veteran team too.

I would like to keep the new team a secret for now. Think of it as a surprise, or a secret tactic.

Don't worry. I'll wish you all Merry Christmas. After I celebrate my Bday on Friday.

    BZP T-Shirt Contest Voting
    1. Return Of Tahu
    2. Bohrok Wake Up Call
I'll leave the poll open for a week. Once that's done. We can then have a color suggestion entry, and then have a poll in which we decided the color of the design, and shirt it will go on.

Transformers: War For Cybertron, was a really short game. I beat it in just a few hours. It was okay. Not great, just okay.

So now I'm just going to play the multiplayer and try to get some achievements. So if you have the game and want to kill robots with a fellow BZP member, my gamertag is in my signature.

(Soundwave is the best btw, of course)

I've been wondering what I can write about. Like stuff I've found or things I've done. I feel like I'm a bland person. I can't come up with witty comments or funny random blogs. It seems all I can do is state my opinions on certain subjects or relay certain information. Maybe it's the aspergers, I don't know. Whatever. I'll share with you what news I've accumulated over time.

At BrickFair I ordered some bricks to have my name printed on them. The machine broke and I was told they would send me the finished product in the mail. I waited weeks to months and eventually gave up on them ever coming. Well guess what? They came in November... So I guess they forgot until then, or it takes them 4 months to print on bricks.

Just about finished my Dark Hunter Darkness model. Only missing 2 gray Gali hooks for the feet. Trading Topic is doing well. Thankfully every once and a while I'll get a new customer and they keep my topic alive. Almost to 50 pages. Think I might have a contest or something.

Played Dead Space to take a brake from Halo Reach. It was great, and now I'm excited about the sequel. Also bought the Halo Reach dlc. Only have 2 dlc achievements right now. A little harder than the original ones. How far away do you have to be for the DMR kill?!

Almost done with first semester of college! Only 2 more tests!

Lots of other stuff to say, but I think I may have said enough already. I may write more reviews soon for fun. Only time will tell.

    Thanks for reading.

Halo Mega Bloks is cool btw.
