  1. "Respect those in authority here. Being rude to an Administrator, Forum Leader or Forum Assistant is highly inappropriate and will be dealt with using the highest possible punishment." :P

  2. @protodite: Doesn't seem to be full (just got a PM)...

@Nickbomb: Cool. :D Just be sure to build it yourself. Cheaper + More Stable + Much More Power (I just about tripled my power for the same cost that way). There are two new staff demos out that you don't seem to have touched yet...

  3. *lols even more*

  4. *shrugs* I was able to do it either way. I tend to be pretty good at shooters and I was pretty proficient at the 2142 demo before I got the game so that helped.

  5. 1) I didn't.

    2) I received permission. :)

  6. Age of Empires 3 is a real-time strategy game. Very fun, as are the earlier generations of it as well. In terms of other shooters, I've got to say Crysis is just...wow. The original Halo has really great multiplayer too.

  7. Aw, that's my job. ;_;

  8. By the way, Leppy did get approval for that link, so I wouldn't start reporting it or anything. :P Certain links are allowed in certain conditions on a case by case basis, that's pretty much my only explanation.

  9. Can I just say, making topics about FCG in GD was brilliant. Kudos. ^^

  10. Come to think of it, I probably should have posted something like that...heh. My apologies.

Leynok, I've actually been trying for many months now. Both B6 and Screenguy seem open, but the logistics for running one are a mess. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. :)

  11. Crossfire is ATI's (less nice) equivalent of SLI.

XFire is a program that allow in-game IMing, VOIP, and logs gaming hours.

  12. Currently overspending on old sets. ^_^

      Have you tried Bricklink?

    2. Bonkle

      Bonkle

His statement would still stand in most cases.

  13. Excited about the new line, but I still miss 2001...

  14. Hardest thing...probably either the Insurgent or this system analysis tool I'm working on.

  15. Haven't bothered yet. I tend to like getting the most out of a game before adding more - makes it last longer.

@ NB: I never said FEAR was bad. ;) I'm not particularly drawn to it myself, but it was well executed.

  16. Having Biotech at the top of the page of a relatively obscure forum isn't really a big concern of ours. :P We just released a game - if people want to talk about it, what's wrong with that?

  17. I have deleted nothing.

And just to put the forum issue to rest, a quote from the rule topic: "

** Do not PM BR asking for approval. Approval is not given by request, it is offered if BR feels your forum deserves it and is by invitation only***"

Hardest part...well, I can't really point at any one part and say it was really difficult. More just very detailed and tedious.

  18. I should just keep this going and see how long you guys hold out. :P And no NB you do not have my permission to give out my email to every distraught member. ;)

  19. I think so... :\

  20. I think the issue is more that NB has no sense of humor. :P

  21. I think we really should start with brand new games. Existing games have too much baggage attached.

There is no forum loophole. You cannot link to forums and you cannot link to sites that contain forums. Very simple. I did neither, which is why my link has been approved several times. Leppy linked directly to the YYG site, which violates several rules, so go bother him about it. ;)

  22. I'd have to say probably level design. Figuring out where to have you go after falling into the water took well over a month. Originally if you went to the left there was a quite a sequence planned, but I ended up cutting it because it wasn't really intuitive.
