If you are using a linksys router, and are experiencing frequent disconnections or are unable to battle in wifi at all, I have discovered the solution to this problem. It will require alot of manual setup for the router and the Wii, including port forwarding the Wii, obtaining a static IP address, changing the channel of your router and downloading the most recent firmware for your router.

Anyway, there is a link I could supply however there are forums there so I cannot. Please PM me if you wish and I will help you to the best of my ability. I was having problems and was pretty angry until I did all this, now my Wii is much smoother on the internet.

This design is small, fits easily into any MoC, and can hold massive weight. There are a variety of ways you can build off of this but I just included the basics.

    1, 2, 3, 4,

If anybody ever gets around to trying this out, let me know. I think it works wonders for heavy and larger MoCs.

Hey people, now that I am back online I should be blogging regularly. Let me tell you all of my shocking discovery.

So we all know I was dumped by my babies mother a few weeks back, I was and still am devastated. But I found some closure yesterday, in a letter she wrote to a complete stranger who she has apparently fallen in love with. She has not even met this guy and lied to me and the family about him! I begged her for honesty and she completely ruined my life, she even accepted that she was an evil person who broke my heart. She is two-faced and I do not even trust my child with her now, so sad that 10 years of bonding ended in this. So I offer a bit of advice to you young people, do not become overwhelmed in love and blinded, I had my gut feeling and nightmares but I just held on for the sake of my child. I came from a broken family and never wanted this for her. However when I discovered the truth on my own, I knew I had to leave. I will never know how anyone, let alone the mother of my child can be so cruel and heartless, but now I know I am a far better person than she can ever hope to be.

So take it from me, there is no worse pain than a broken heart, stay guarded and reserved until you feel in your heart and mind that you are ready to commit.

Well, seeing as my recent entry will not be making it, I suppose I had better get back to work on something fast, I have lost nearly 2 weeks allready!

Let this be a lesson to those who have DQed or disputed contest entries. Rather than contest/argue, just let it slide and push forward. In the end, you will save yourself some humiliation and maybe even gain some respect.

Well to be honest I never thought I would make the finals, a big thank you from me to all of you who helped me get there! All of the entries in the final poll are excellent, I wish everyone luck. This has been a great contest turnout which makes it that much more fun, there were so many great entries that got lost in the swarm of prelimnary polls though. Still I think this was the best BBC yet and I look forward to the next one.

With the voting process underway, I would like to state a few things:

First off, a big thank you to Tufi, Kex and Shannara for being great contest assistants. Secondly, I am seeing alot of people labeling some entries as "too big and complicated" to be considered a set. This kind of bothers me, I loved the older Rahi sets, I think we all did. They were big and complex so just because Bionicle has not had a large set since the Bahrag does not mean there cannot be any more. Another thing that bothers me is that if lego were to release another large and complex set, I am betting the majority of people would want it and welcome it.

What about the playsets too? They can get big and complicated, granted they mostly use system but still they are expensive. The theme asked for nothing larger than a titan, so far all the entries in question I have seen are just as large as Brutaka or Roodaka. I saw nothing in the rules regarding complexity of the build, only size. I think everybody who entered this contest did so with the theme in mind.

Lastly, I would like to point those reading this blog entry to Semi-Final Poll B where you can find my entry. If you deem it worthy I ask for your votes!

    Have a look!

This was a very challenging contest for me. Building small, cute rahi is clearly not my forte, still I did try and make something presentable and fitting the theme. I swear I seem to have the worst timing, my Armadillo would have been a perfect fit for this contest. That ended up being my 1200th post special MoC though, only about a month ago! I think this voting process will be unique in that the entries will all share the same trait, cuteness. Color scheme, the build itself, proportions, all of that is going out the window and the only criteria to get votes is being cute. Fresh and new, just what the BBC needed a dose of I think, funny how the contest started as a prank and has become what it is now.

I am very anxious to see who will walk away with the win for this contest.

    Vote for entry 3 here!

First of all, thank you oh so much Tufi for your patience in getting the polls up, you are so good to us . Looks like I am in poll Alpha, hopefully the Rahi of Mahri Nui will gain some votes there. This was another unique contest, not to mention challenging, well for me anyway. This was my first build with my only thought being "make it cute", needless to say I had quite a difficult time making something at least satisfactory. Should be alot of fun to see who will be making the semi-finals!

Well there are a ton of preliminary polls again for this contest! I spent about 15 minutes just trying to find my poll, and I thought the last BBC contest had a big turnout! I am hopeful that this voting process will not leave out some of the better and more cute creations due to the huge number of polls. Ill try to get my votes cast in all of the polls and reply to the topics, nothing is for sure though.

Lastly, I would like to declare that I will NOT be building anymore cute rahi any time soon. Sorry all but my forte is big and bulky .

Well it is once again time for the great BBC voting process to begin. All the anticipation has come to its peak, and we are set to begin the elimination process. Thanks to all the contest assistants, and of course Tufi for spoiling us once again with the fun of the polls.

If you deem my Mutagen Leech worthy, I could use your votes here. Its looking to be a very close vote, I am pitted against the Grimor Queen, a gigantic and well done entry. No easy road to the semi finals for me this time!

    Vote here!

Well I have made it to the semis, however I doubt I will make the finals. There are some great entries in that poll, Lyger really outdid himself with that Seahorse! Anyway if you deem my entry worthy(vote for number 1!), I could use your votes. Good luck to all in the semifinals!

Oh, yea, I made a new thingy too, see over there --------->

    Cool

Wow this has been a busy year for BBC contests! I have been waiting for a theme like this one for awhile now and I have a few ideas I have started to build on. What makes it even more alluring is that the Barraki are directly tied into the theme. This years sets should be a big help in building something aquatic. The contest also states that only 1 MoC can be entered, which should make things that much more interesting come voting time. I doubt that this contest will see as much activity as the last 2 but should still have a solid turnout.

Luckily for me this contest is not quite as demanding as the last one. I think I will set my goal for the final voting this time!

    See it here

Yea, so I figured I should make an entry for this. I think it is an improvement over my Original entry. Proportions are much much better and I like the head design more also. If deemed worthy, I ask for your votes in the upcoming contest. After missing BBC 45, which was the only consecutive contest I have missed clear back to BBC 34, I am anxious to get right back in to the swing of things.
  13. CzaR
Seems I got put in a tough poll. Vote here!

Id like to wish luck to the others in that poll. I also ask for your votes if you deem entry 2 worthy of them. I am pleased to report that this has extended my semi-final reaching streak to 6, dating clear back to BBC 39. A big thank you from me to all of you, it was you who made that possible and I intend to keep that streak going as long as I can.

The voting has begun! It looks like I have landed in poll St. John's. I see Seranikai is also there, we have quite a rivalry don't we? *Remembers BBC 41*

If you deem my entry worthy I ask for your votes. Good luck to all of the BBC entrants! This was a great contest.

With the BBC 46 deadline only hours away, I would first like to say that the creative entries over the span of the last 2 weeks are refreshing and exciting. For me this has been the best contest since BBC 38. Secondly, something that kind of bugs me is when people outburst with something like "Wow your gonna win this contest, you have my vote", then another quality entry comes forward and the same person is posting the same thing for that entry. Some builders might take offense to that kind of thing and it is just plain un-professional if you ask me. After 13 BBC contests I have come to learn that you should remain humble and never expect to win. What fun is building and entering the contest if you are expecting to win, no matter how grand your entry may be? Do not get me wrong, building with the intentions of winning can drive one to make something very special and creative, however actually expecting to win just takes all the fun out of it.

Lastly, I would like to point out some noteworthy entries, stuff that really caught my eye.

    Bionic Fridge ~Roa Mc Toa
    Professor Arpy's Microscope ~Arpy
    Knuckle Knife ~Sisen
    Quake Tank ~Synthesis
    Bonecrusher ~Ballom Toa of Darkness
    The Rose ~ToM Dracone
    Earbuds ~Randos
    The Biocam ~Draxon
    Industrial Toilet ~Articus
    It's not a chair ~Lyger
    Kamitsu's Pain ~Bundalings
    Hand of the Void ~Seranikai

It seems that there are a huge amount of questions that have still not been answered. The contest has been official for several days now. This kind of worries me, as some of the current entrants could be disqualified as the rules were not very clear this time, which I fear might lead to flaming and more woes for BZP. Now do not get me wrong here, Kex, Roa and Shannara are all great forum assistants. However they are quite elusive, and that is okay as I assume they are very busy people, and I know for a fact that Roa is always busy. With Tufi being given admin duties now, her role in BBC has been much less active.

So I ask this, do any of you think that the BBC forum is in need of another assistant? Myself, I have to say yes. I am not sure who is the best person to nominate for the job, but I do think that it is needed.
  17. CzaR
Well I am still throwing around ideas for this contest. A few that have come to mind:

~Using nearly all of my black/white/silver/grey parts and molding them into a giant sculpture
    ~Build 4 Toa/Rahi, one of each color
~Build a 4 headed serpent using Fenrakk heads and a new jaw design
~Build a life sized Lance, about 5 feet long.

So yea, I need some help here.
  18. CzaR
Anyone have a guess as to the theme? It seems like it has been forever since we had one of these things. Perhaps some speculation will ease my anxious-ness. I would like to see challenging theme, something like, well, anything but a freebuild!

    Maybe build a landscape?

    Its done, see Here.

And a support banner! Thanks to Shadow Kurahk for that!
