After an absence, I've finally become a full-time premier member! The title is repected (and feared) among many members on the forum. Heck, we can make polls, what's not to fear? I'm glad that I have so many perks (and so much PE ). I'm satisfied that I have paypal. Ah, the joy of life. Enough about me, there's an audience here! Let me think...got it! Well, my collection of 2006 is about to be wrapped up. I have all of the Toa Inika, Doomatoran, and Piraka. I own Axonn and Vezon and Fenrakk. I was actually he second BZPer to own V&F. So I only need three more sets. Brutaka, Irankk (sp?), and Umbra. I'll be looking for these in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum soon if I don't get my hands on them befor Christmas, which is when I get all of the playsets. Well. I'll be signing off now. It's 1:30 A.M. by me right now. I'll be back later, don't worry.

Would you believe I actually made a MOC? It's been so long since I've made one. But I used to make them all the time. Now I just make them when I have nothing better to do. Like today. So, I'll be posting a link to it in here as soon as I finish uploading the pictures.

But, one more thing. I'm gonna let YOU name it! Yup, that's right. I'm gonna post a picture in here, and I want you guys to tell me a suitable name for it.

If you wanna start now, the thing look like a big gorilla.

Update: Here is the picture. Supply some names, please?

A few things. First off, I've picked my new color. It'll appear on everything starting March 9th. So watch out for that. Secondly, I'll also be changing the name of my blog, as well as my hearts for my blog (they'll change to another symbol, unless I get protest about that). And finally, I wrote a free verse poem, based off of a discussion I was having with my friend the other day. Let me know what you think about it...

What if I’m not meant for this?
What if I could make a mark in this world?
The price I pay would be my love.
But, could it be worth it?
Not all have love; that is true.
    Is it my reality?
    Is it my destiny?
    I didn’t choose it.
    But that doesn’t matter.
    I know who did.
    And maybe there’s a reason.
Maybe, in the end, I’ll make an influence.
One day, I could change the world.
    Just a single price,
    The biggest toll;
On me, my heart, my life.
    I want the eternal joy.
But what if I’m not meant for it?
What if I could save you?

The Lord of the Flies is one of the most cute, fluffy wuffy books ever! Okay, I'm kidding. In reality, this book is one of the most brutal, gross, and gory books they could have handed us in 8th grade. Lol. It's about these boys from Britian who crash on an island and all of the adults die. As the story goes on, order and laws are lost and the ones who are smart and order keeping are killed. In some parts was okay, but it is a powerful story, and I suggest that if you have a strong stomach you should consider buying it or renting it from your local library.

How did Walt Disney figure out how to make people pay to stand in lines all day?
  5. Tak-E
Well, almost. You see, The All-American Rejects have a new in-studio recording they aired. And they had about seven seconds of a new song.

Let me say, that seven seconds has me so excited for their new album! Thus, I went and made an MP3 of those seven seconds.

So, if you want seven seconds of one of AAR's 2008 songs, let me know. I'll email it to you.

Today, instead of starting out with my thoughts, I thought (...shut up) that I'd start with the question of the day.

When you're lonely, hurt, confused - who do you turn to? Family, friends, God, pets? What keeps your spirits up?

I ask this because my best friend and I were having an argument (not really an argument, more like a "violent discussion") about if I was lonely because my friends were all busy, or because I wanted to be. And I asked myself, "Now why would I want to be lonely?" And there could be some reasons that the old me would want to be lonely. Just a few months ago, I used to be a depressed and hopeless person. And I used to like being lonely so I could mope. But I've changed a lot now, and I'm no longer like that. I'm happy and cheerful and loving. So that pretty much shot down that some part of me wanted to be lonely. Now, my friend was convinced otherwise, but we ironed things out.

But it is an interesting point. There are some people out there that want to be lonely. Is that fair to them, or more importantly, is it fair to us?

Thoughts, comments, ideas much appreciated. Just click the little "Add Reply" button down below. This is Taki, and you've just been filled in.

Happy Memorial Day, people who actually read my blog. (And who actually live in the United States. For those of you who don't live in the United States, this might be a little more boring than usual for you.) Most of us just recognize this holiday because we get off school one extra day before it ends. And that's true, that is a good reason for this holiday. But it's not the real reason. Memorial Day is a day where we honor those who died in action for our country. So today, I highly encourage you to please, call up any friends or family who have lost someone who was killed in action and talk to them and let them know you care. It means a lot to those families when people do that.

I'd have a question of the day here usually, but today I'd just ask if you could post just a thoughtful comment on your thoughts about today. Thanks, guys.

So I walked into my old computer room and saw an envelope sitting on the desk. I have no idea how long it's been there. It was from BZPower. I opened it, and there was my BZPower commemorative brick. I have it now. Took pictures on my camera phone:

This is making my day. Lol.

It's here, and just in time (I nearly died of anticipation). I'm gonna go pick it up in a bit, the Xbox 360 version (we're using my friend's 360 til I get mine). A review will be sure to follow either today or tomorrow.

So my best bud Peter is over and I just randomly decided to interview him. He's sitting right here, so I'm just gonna type questions onto the screen and he's gonna respond...if I can hear him over this loud music.

Me: So, Pete, how long have you been able to put your leg behind your head?
    Pete: Three hours.

Me: So does that set some kind of record or something?
Pete: No, it was just three hours ago that I discovered I could do it.

Me: Ah, silly me. So, how's your...arm? Bendy?
    Pete: No.

    Me: What!?
Pete: I can't do anything with my arm that's weird. My hand, however...

Me: Hmm...this sounds interesting. Care to further explain?
Pete: What do you mean, just what can I do?

    Me: Si, senor.
Pete: I'm not sure how to exactly explain this...

Me: Are you breaking up with me?!
    Pete: Yes...of course I am!

Me: Wait...sorry, flash back to last week. What were we talking about? I have a strange urge for pudding...
Pete: We were talking about how I can make my hand do weird things.

Me: What does that have to do with getting me pudding?
    Pete: Aye yi yi...

Me: Oh, your native tongue? What tribe do you come from?
Pete: Can we stay on topic...please?

Me: Of course not! What do you think this is, an interview?
Pete: That's what you said it was...

    Me: I lied.
    Pete: ...

Me: ...well, that about wraps it up. Bye bye!
    Pete: G'bye!

Tell me the song that the name of this entry comes from and I'll give you an award. Anyway, so last night my friend spent the night. We played Xbox 360 and stuff. Went to bed about 6, and woke up about 12. Then he left about 6 in the evening. And then I went and fixed my computer cause I missed the internet. Lol. Tomorrow my friend is coming over. Just finishing up the last of break with a bang. Anybody have any cool break stories?

Hiyah! It's ♥TAKi♥ here with the weather report. Outside right now, It's nice and warm at about 60 degrees. Most snow has melted from the ground, and people are walking around in shorts.

    Wait a minute....

No, this isn't another one of those majorly off weather reports. It's actually that warm over here. We had two feet of snow, and it just melted all yesterday. It's so beautiful. After church, my friend Steve and my friend Val (two of the six kids my age at my church) were just walking up and down the street in the hot weather. It's so beautiful.

Why, good morning! I didn't expect to see you here! Why don't you come in? *opens door*

As you can see, things are a little messy. Be careful not to step on the inflatable clown!

    *squeak*

Too late, I suppose? Oh well. Hmm...how can I entertain you? Oh! I could teach you how to tightrope walk over a pit of lava...

But...if you didn't get the hang of it the first time, I'm afraid there wouldn't be another chance to try...

    OH! I have another idea!

    Let's go play in traffic!

    You in?

    Yay!

*opens door and runs out into the street*

Hey, what's that car have taped onto the window?

If a doctor suddenly died while doing surgery, would the other doctors work on the doctor or the patient?

The funny thing is that he's headed toward the hospital...

And black mail. I told a friend a secret (well, my ex-girlfriend who doesn't know how to be a good friend, how to keep secrets, and has twisted ideas of jokes, very horrible person). Well, I told a friend a secret, and then she blackmailed me into doing something I really didn't wanna do (no, I'm not saying what it was). So I got her to stop, but now she says she was kidding the whole time, even after me doing the thing. You don't kid around like that, just a warning to everyone. So she really hurt me and now I'm very mad and a little on the edge.

Why is the show called unsolved mysteries? If they were solved, they wouldn't be mysteries, would they?

That one word that strikes fear into every boy's heart. Homecoming. Ask a girl to the dance; you don't, you're a nerd. Lol. I'm right on the edge of that. My homecoming is pretty late this year. Lol. Really late. Anyways. I'm in 8th geade, so not a lot of girls can date and go to dances and stuff. But lucky me I already have a girlfriend and we're gonna be there all day helping to set up and stuff.

Ever have those kids in your class that get you extra homework and have the teachers change the seating assignment weekly? I envy those who do. My class has, no, not one, but six boys who get us extra homework and get the seats changed daily. We get about an average of six detentions handed out to those students each day. Some people...

And today I start a new tradition. Random Question of the Day.

Whose cruel idea was it for the word lisp to have an s in it?

Actually, there is much about something. I just would like to thank Black Six and Omi for being so patient with me concerning my name problems, and for Black six changing it to Tak-E after the confusion. Thanks, guys - if you read this, even.

So today, Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock, was released for the Wii, Xbox 360, PS2, and the PS3. I was lucky enough to get the Xbox 360 version. Luckily I reserved the game, because they sold out of all the non-reserved copies hour before we got there.

So first, a funny story: we almost died on the way to get GH3. "Why?" Easy: a car stopped in front of us for no reason, and we stopped within an inch of the car; almost crashing. So, anyway, onto the review.

    Box

So the box is amazing, attracting pretty much anybody to look at it. Great art, but the best is Slash (on character on the right).

    Case

The case for the game is like any other, but it's still cool and shiny to look at. Much better than previous Guitar Hero titles, I must say. It's more flashy.

    Guitar In Wrapping

So the guitar is wireless, coming in two parts. The neck of the guitar is detachable for easier transport.

    Neck

So the neck has the fret buttons, and that's pretty much it. It's really cool, though. If you wanna rock out without playing, just take the neck and randomly start pressing the frets.

    Base

The base has the Xbox buttons, a wireless hookup button, a place for the batteries, the start and select buttons, and a detachable face-plate (which you can buy other face-plates to put on in its place). It's really fun to hook the two up. Lol.

So the gameplay is pretty awesome. Not much different from it's ancestors, but the setup is different. The Star Power has changed to a different form, and so has the score meter. When playing, using the Whammy Bar isn't as obvious. Hitting Hammer-Ons and Pull-Offs is much easier, due to an extra second of grace to hit the notes. The main menu and song selection is pretty cool; much different than anything before it. It's so much different than the other games.

I'm giving this game a 9.5/10, the only bad thing being the first few songs aren't that exciting.

So if none of you knew, I had my computer hooked up to my 52 in. Hi-Def big screen TV in my living room for about one and a half months to two months, but I've changed it back to my old monitor on a desk. I miss the couch, but I like being able to see all the pictures crystal clear now. Here's a picture from before when I had it up:

First hot, then cold, then hot again. It's like Mother Nature is trying to pick out the right pair of shoes but can't seem to find them. It's crazy. But anyway, I'm probably gonna get my Xbox 360 this weekend. I was surprised, the other day, however, to find a few Halo 3 and Limited Edition Halo 3 games in a Target by my school. Hadn't there been a monster-mad rush for that game?
