1. Chick of the Sea; she accidently ate some radioactive canned tuna, she now has the power to smell very strongly of fish. A potent power.

2. Princess of the Hair; she used some nuclear waste as hair-gel, now she can control her hair with her mind.

3. Androgynous Man; Hard to tell from appearance whether it's a man or a woman, and while the criminal is trying to figure it out he punches 'em out.

4. The Red Baron; gained his powers in an unfortunate paint factory accident, has the power to summon wild bulls to himself.

5. C3-K.O.; a crime-fighting robot, and rival with Cybob.

6. Bo Uppercut; A super villain who goes around beating up people with better hair than himself. He is unable to style his hair in any other way besides a bowl cut.

7. The Scorn; Her super stare can make even the bravest, most-self confident person wither into insecurity and shame.

8. La Luchadora- A villainess, she was kicked out of the WWE for her highly illegal wrestling moves. Normally a polite, quiet woman, when she gets angry, she relapses into her stage persona, dons her mask, and begins to attack anyone around her. She likes to collect folding chairs.

9. Aftershock- A brilliant inventor, he created a suit that is extremely sensitive to static electricity. He can deliver a concentrated shock of upwards to a thousand volts.

10. Cybob- he's not really a cyborg, he just wants to be one. He wears a strainer on his head and makes robot sounds. He's also particularly good at doing the robot.

11. Black Licorice; she has the power to shoot out red licorice sticks from her eyes. Her name is not based on the color of her licorice, but her love of evil.

12. Emperor Evil; he has a rare condition in which he is allergic to people, so his eyes are often irritated and red. His solution is to eliminate all allergens... or take his meds. Also, he's won the annual "Evil Cackle" competition eight years running.

13. and 14. The Stache and The Beard, pretty unremarkable except for their wicked facial hair. Their facial hair is so wicked, in fact, that they felt compelled to give themselves over to a life of villainy.

15. The Bone Ranger; An evil cowboy who goes around on his evil horse, Sliver.

16. Azul Amoeba- An ameoba enlarged to giant proportions due to some science experiment gone wrong, his only interest is his all-consuming hunger.
