Also, if you get the kittens while they're

still really young, then they could get used to

the birds and not harm them when they get

older. I believe it's called imprinting or

something like that.

Actually, I have another pointer (told ya

I had some thinkin' time ) My cat

is a 5 yr old tom, and he is fixed. That

said, he is pretty mellow, and sometimes

he sits in my yard and there will be birds

about five feet away from him and he

will just watch them. However, I don't know

about kittens. They are pretty playful.

But there are many instances where

pets get along very well together.

Well, first of all, cats are more independent

than dogs, if you're going with that approach.

They take up less food (unless it's a small dog)

You don't have to walk them. You don't have

to bathe them. They don't bark all night. Don't

you just love cats?
