I'm currently using the skills learned in his shop to make computer games.<br />I'm a Christian and likewise like Christian bands, like Relient K, Skillet, and Switchfoot, just to name a few. I like to listen to the lesser-known bands, too, like Edison Glass and Among the Thirsty. Check them both out, you'll like what you're hearing. <br />Still, I think Christians are really prideful in that respect. I try to avoid that by not trying to be "Holier than Thou" and mixing up my choices in music. I like to listen to Susan Tedeschi, Sixpence none the richer, some Nickelback, you know, stuff like that...<br /><br /><br />And I guess I'll touch on the subject of girls, just because I know you wanted me to. I've already picked one out, so there. And yes, she's Christian.<br /><br /><br />I've left this space open for anything else I've to say, like words of advice. This advice is from personal experiences, but they might not quite line up with yours. Here's some:<br /><br />For the guys:<br /><br />1. Don't shave. Just don't. Would you rather look like a cat or have a razorburned face that feels like rubber every time you open your mouth?<br /><br />2. I don't know how many of you may say that you'll like Bionicle forever, but you're wrong. Your friends will put away the plastics and you'll join them, just you wait. Just look at me: I've found hobbies that I know I won't grow out of, like music and computer science/art. Now, just to clarify, I'm not saying you shouldn't like Bionicle; Just know that it's not going to last forever, and neither is your interest in it.<br /><br />3. If you happen to like a girl and you're talking to her, don't pump yourself up and try to be all macho and stuff. I've observed long enough to see that you're 100% guaranteed to look like a 100% flake, which brings me to my last point:<br /><br />4. Don't be a flake. Just don't. Don't make me define "Flake", you know exactly what it means. Yes, you do.<br /><br /><br />And for the Gals, just so I'm not gender-discriminant ;P<br /><br /><br />1. If any of us guys happen to talk with you and are looking anywhere (Emphasize ANYWHERE) other than your eyes, you should ether call us out or slap us promptly.<br /><br />2. Don't sag. Guys look like cool dudes when they do, and we all know where the girls got it from.<br /><br />3. Don't judge a book by its cover. In the same way, don't judge a guy by his outward appearance. The nicest looking guys are usually flakes, which reminds me of Guy advice number four. There are, of course, exceptions. I know a few exceptions. Getting back on topic...<br />*clears throat*<br />Anyways, some guys act immaturely because they're insecure and people refuse friendship to them. I'm not saying to go headlong into some kind of relationship *cough cough*<br />but reach out to those people. Any guy who sees that kind of heart in a girl is going to be attracted by it.<br />How do you think I chose mine? If I were to choose based on a pretty face, I'd have a wide array of choices. No, the heart inside of her has a radience(sp?) that shines out. It's a matter of inner beauty, not simply outer beauty. That brings me to my last pointer.<br /><br />4. Guys won't complain if you're pretty, but, unless they're just base, they'll want to actually get to know you. If the person they meet is ugly on the inside, they'll probably be repulsed. But if your beauty extends inward, that will shine outward, and Guys will like what they see.
