    Yay!

    Okay, the library near me is LAME. It has no self check-out, very few books, and one cranky librarian.
     
    So we went to the one near our school.
     
    3 floors.
     
    Self check-out.
     
    Nice staff.
     
    A "Studio" with a really nice keyboard (music), 11 laptops, 3 desktop Macs (with ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS3- AND MORE ) and a large TV.
     
    I have found my new home.

    We recently finished Romeo and Juliet in English.
     
    It was pretty good.
     
    However, in 1996, some weirdo attempted to modernize it, despite this being done wonderfully before in West Side Story.
     
    So he does Romeo + Juliet, an attempt at bringing Shakespeare to children.
     
    WITHOUT modernizing the talk.
     
    Ugh.
     
    The puns are HORRENDOUS. When Benvolio says "Put up thy sword!" rather than replacing Sword with Gun, they call a type of pistol a "Sword: 9mm series" which somehow everyone has.
     
    Plus, I get that Romeo has to whisper kind of scarily in Act II, Scene 2, but Leo overdoes it. He is CREEPY.
     
    So I ranted. Sue me.

    Part 1. Random facts!
     
    -I have three sisters.
     
    -I used to go to school where T-Hybrid lives.
     
    -My dog weighs 90 pounds.
     
    -I don't have an iPod.
     
    -I don't have a cell phone.
     
    -I don't have my own laptop.
     
    -I DO have a 1981 Harmon/Kardon HK150i Stereo Reciever, with two foot tall speakers, to boot. (which is better than all of the things I DON'T have)
     
    -Of all the CDs I listen to in my room, less than 1/4 of them are mine. My dad owns pretty much all of the CDs already.
     
    -My dad has most awesome CDs on record, too.
     
    -We tried to hook up a phonograph, but sounds only came out of one speaker, for some odd reason.
     
    -I really really really like Dr. Pepper.
     
    -I have seen Aliens and managed not to have nightmares.
     
    -I love Watchmen.
     
    -My first set was Onua.
     
    Yeah.
