    Yo, about your post in the goals topic in GD--when staffies say they 'really tried to become staff,' what exactly does that mean? Y'know, for a research paper I'm writing. :P

      It wasn't so much "trying" to get on staff as "wanting" to get on staff. I didn't do anything extra to try and get on. I just kept doing normal member stuff and tried to be helpful.
