  1. IC: Ara'kas turned her head to look at the newcomer. It was Avya, the young Toa with the missing memory. Ara'kas noticed easily that Avya was happy. Actually, she was in one of the best moods Ara'kas had seen her in yet. "I'm alright. Probably not doing as good as you are." She said.

  2. IC: "See you tomorrow then." Said Isfel, turning and walking away. He hadn't given much thought to where he would stay. He was broke, so an inn wouldn't work. The toa figured he'd just trade a watch shift with a guard member to get a blanket for the night, or just find a comfortable field somewhere. Life was simpler when you weren't picky.OOc: by the way, you do know who is currently in the Lavapool Inn, right?

  3. IC: Isfel chuckled in response. "Busy? Not really. Do you just want a guide, or do you want the full protect-you-until-death package? Because that last one might be a little harder to set up."

  4. OOC: Last post for the night for me.IC: Isfel sidestepped out of the cart's path awkwardly. "Asking won't get you much. If I were you, I'd just try and find them." Half to himself, he mused "I wonder if I could do it. Aw, I'd try. It'd be fun."

  5. IC: Isfel let out a relieved sigh. "oh. That's fine. Sorry for getting so worked up about nothing then." The young toa was noticeably more at ease now. "So, about the location. I've heard they have some sort of camp near Le-Wahi. I can't tell you the exact spot though."

  6. IC: Isfel's eyes narrowed. He hadn't drawn his sword though. He wasn't about to start a fight. Taking a deep breath, he attempted to explain his worry. "Okay, that dagger your holding, it's not just some random knife. It belongs to one of the fiercest warriors of my clan, who happens to also be related to our war leader. If you didn't get it directly from her, then you can be sure she'll come for it. She doesn't take kindly to thieves, and isn't the most diplomatic."

  7. IC: "A friend, you say?" Queried Isfel. He wasn't shaking as much now, his voice now tinged with suspicion. "Do you have a name? Because I know that dagger, and if it's owner didn't give it to you, there's going to be trouble."

  8. IC: "The Island Liberation Squad? I've heard a little about them. Just snippets, nothing solid. But I think I might have a location."Isfel stopped speaking suddenly. He had finally looked closer at the item he had originally come to ask about, the dagger at Avya's side. Seeing it now, he didn't really want it anymore. And now, Avya seemed a lot more dangerous to him. He examined it again to make sure he was right about it. There it was, plain as day. A distinctive curved blade, and a silver handle. His voice shaking, he pointed at the knife, stepping backwards once. "Th-that dagger. How did you get it?" Isfel stammered.

  9. IC: Isfel slapped a hand against his forehead. "Oh yeah. memory loss. forgot about that." He started to open his mouth, but then decided against it. Conversational smarts were not going his way right now, and he might as well let Avya talk for a bit.

  10. IC: Isfel grinned roguishly. "Secrets, you want? Well, in my experience, the best way to find things out is to live life. Explore enough, and you'll figure it out." He then tilted his head inquisitively, seemingly just noticing Avya's armor colors. "Say, what sort of Toa are you?I don't think I've seen that element before."He asked.

  11. IC: Arzanyos held up two fingers to correct Song. "Actually, only most of the ship would burn. When last I checked, we had some fireproof sails. Of course, It's still not a good idea."

  12. IC: Arzanyos walked over to Skyra, looking at the paper. "Yeah, no way that's actually writing. Give me three hours and I can get you a real contract, guaranteeing your sister's safety at the low price of more widgets than you will want to pay. Deal?"

  13. IC: Arzanyos started to chuckle. Maybe this plan of Xxeth's hadn't been so bad. On the other hand, if Skyra tried something than Arzanyos would have to throw both him and Xxeth of the side of the boat. It evened out. "Careful there. You wouldn't want to cause a... confrontation, would you?" The words came out jokingly, but they were as much warning as jest.

  14. IC: "It's not that there's nothing out there, it's that it can't be found." Isfel pointed casually to a nearby Skakdi. "Skakdi aren't from Mata Nui, none of them are. But it doesn't matter. No one who came here from somewhere else remembers how they did it, or where they're from."

  15. IC: Isfel shook his head sadly. He knew there was no way off the island. The Makuta wouldn't allow it. "How could anybody try? Where would they go?" The questions were biting, but Isfel was sure that building up Avya's hopes would end up worse. "No one knows of any other islands. How can one prepare for a journey to the unknowable?"

  16. IC: Isfel nodded reassuringly. "It's okay not being able to remember things. In fact, maybe there are some things in your mind you don't want to remember." The Toa of Fire shrugged. "By the way, I'm pretty sure there's no way off the island."

  17. IC; "Aeh, I'll come with you lot." Said Arzanyos, stretching out.OOC: Note: I'm not going to be on a whole lot. I'll make some posts, but not a whole bunch. As such, you guys can bunny Arzanyos as needed.

  18. IC: Arzanyos raised a questioning eyebrow at Mimira as she offered him a cookie, but accepted it nonetheless. The reason for the eyebrow; Arzanyos was standing right next to the cookies from the wedding. "So Gunner," He said. "What's this I hear? You not complaining for a whole day, and you get a thousand widgets out of the deal? I should get in on the complaining racket."

  19. IC: "Mark Bearers?" Arzanyos scowled. He wasn't as tied to the sea as the others, so he had had the opportunity to hear snippets about the group. "I've heard tales about 'em. Nasty pieces o' work, the lot." His scowl then turned to a grin, as he said winking "Nothing I can't handle, though."
